Thank you for writing this, was so confused! I was wondering how someone can lose that much with no excess skin and how she doesn’t look that big in her before pics!
*It's clear that you've learned so much along the way, and your willingness to share that knowledge with others is truly admirable. Keep up the fantastic work!*
I’ve lost about 100lbs in 7 months, I totally agree with your thoughts on cardio but for me it was almost entirely down to cardio. I made it fun by attaching an ipad to the bars of an indoor bike to watch shows whilst I pedalled, and kept myself motivated by telling myself I’d literally just be sitting on the sofa watching those same shows anyway so I may as well kill two birds with one stone. I still have about 15lbs left to lose but it’s been eye-opening, especially when you hit a plateau despite everything being in check!
You look fantastic and strong! I have to agree with much of what you said wish you knew. At 53 I started to eat low carb/keto for fuel. (I dislike the word diet… to me diet means something you do temporarily which causes a temporary solution to something that won’t last). So I watched, researched and learned some of the science of what low carb was. Boy was that an eye opener. I think if more people took the time to understand how nutrition works through the entire body, there would be way more success stories out there. I spent 30 years of my life morbidly obese. I never had a goal weight, just an “I like how I feel weight”. Down 112 pounds. Being able to walk from my car to inside a store without sounding like I’m dying, has been a game changer for this grandma. 😍
Muscle is metabolically active, that's why putting on a tremendous amount of muscle is terrible for your heart (not exactly the same as being obese, but still, pretty bad). Fact of the matter is, a muscular person burns more calories than someone who's fat or just lacking in lean mass overall, cardio does wonders but it's not 100% of the process both in terms of getting to a toned physique as well getting healthy
I remember how huge it was in the '80s / '90s to eat small frequent meals all day long to keep your metabolism going... in theory, to burn fat all day long. 🤦🏻♀️ I feel like we are one big lab experiment for so-called health experts!
I'm trying to lose weight currently. One of my friends constantly tells me how important it is to have many small meals all throughout the day since it worked for her, which is fantastic! But it isn't for me. I end up eating way more than I need without feeling full at any point if I do that. If I have three large-ish meals in a day I get to feel full, it's easier for me to be on top of how much I'm eating, I have more energy and I feel like my gut works better. To each their own, absolutely, there isn't a one size fits all-diet but I'd like it if people didn't jump to accuse people of starving themselves if they want to intermittent fast.
You know, that never ever worked for me.... Even when I was fit, young and exercising a lot. Two meals a day has always been my M.O. and perhaps one snack so it has been rather easy to move to OMAD (just one meal a day) and no snacks...
Your insulin level has to be low for you to use (burn) fat. How do you have low insulin if you’re eating constantly? How can doctors give you this advice?
That was the craze! It worked well for me at the time because I was packing on a lot of muscle, but now that I am in my 50's intermittent fasting is best for my body. I wish more people would experiment to find the best eating habits to sustain their bodies instead of following the latest and greatest diets.

Intermittent fasting is the bomb. I eat only one meal a day most days and now started a modified crossfit program. I'm 63 and have so far lost almost 70lbs.

Totally agree.. I began my weight loss journey to manage my "insulin resistance" issue which was giving me high blood pressure and a stage 3 fatty liver.. I have found that intermittent fasting and a low carb diet is the key to my journey to a better health. Cheers to you and what an amazing transformation you've gone through... Wow... people are disliking this video? Unbelievable. When a person shares their journey, they are imparting wisdom to others. So sad people can't congratulate others on their personal achievements.
Lacey, this was an awesome video. Honestly, I lost 86 pounds 20 years ago, have had lots of ups and downs since then, due to various reasons. One thing rings true though, your mindset is the most important thing. I have never seen myself through thin eyes. In my mind I still see that 250 pound woman. I am only starting to work on my mindset now and I look at everything through kinder eyes. It is definitely a journey and a lifestyle. The word diet should be "cancelled". Thanks again for this.
Lifting weights does 3 things. 1) It increases muscle mass which increases basal metabolic rate 2) It helps increase good fat burning hormones 3) It uses up gycogen in the muscles which helps steer a person away from higher insulin and pre-diabetes. It is not about burning calories because a person can't really burn that many calories overall. Plus the calorie in calorie out paradigm is not really helpful for weight loss. It doesn't really take into account the various hormones in play.
I have lost 154lbs, 70lb has been in the past year. I have only recently discovered intermittent fasting and eating low carb. Fantastic! I shall be checking more of your videos out. You make so much sense. Thank you x
Loving yourself: What a simple yet profound point. Knowing you're worth and deserving of a healthy, happy life is super important. It helps change the mental state that can block people from being healthy on the inside and out. Excellent video Lacey!!!!
I’m soo inspired!!! Your words are spot on!! I’ve struggled with my weight all my life and just like you have done the shakes meal replacements etc I just stumbled on your channel about a month ago and have practiced some of your IF tips!! It’s crazy how changing our ways of eating makes a difference!! I’ve never lost weight like this and still enjoying clean eating!!! Most importantly I’ve struggled with digestive issues and this has helped with not feeling bloated! I’m learning so much from you!! I just got my hubby on IF so we can support one another he’s on week 1 and feels great!! How do I see your 30 day? Thank you for inspiring me
I sure most of you are insights and really appreciate the way you put them together for your audience. First thing right I did and a long long time was tell myself that I didn't win 330 lb overnight I earned it over a decade and a half. I found grace in knowing that it didn't have to do any of it overnight or in a month or even in 6 months. But the next 10 years we're going to be measured in baby steps and include many metrics in my life least of which how I feel about myself. I've known people who get the stomach surgeries and lose a lot of weight but they're not whole at the end of that journey. Not to say that you can't be but any behavior in lifestyle change requires you to read assess who you are why you are who you are and define who you will be. I think you've done a fantastic job in your journey and I really do appreciate your insights. I'll be subscribing and sharing. Thank you
First of all - Big CONGRATS to you... I just stumbled across you and am glad I did. 4 years ago I started keto and in 2 years I lost 150 pounds. I learned a lot - or so I thought because another 2 years and I've put A LOT back on. A lot of us do focus on just the scale and the weight and not the mind and triggers. I'm re-starting my journey on being healthy and hopefully stop this yo yo cycle. I did fall in love with weight lifting during my journey - and although I know it's an excuse, when the gyms shut down I was depressed and mad that I couldn't lift anymore and instead of finding other ways I kinda gave up. Lessons learned. Now to dive into your channel! Thank you for the new found inspiration!!
Your videos are wonderful! Have been doing IF since about April 2022. With VERY minimal results. I started listening to your videos about 3 weeks ago and was inspired to get back to the basics of eating clean (which I did for years). I also changed my eating window to stop eating at around 4pm instead of 6:30 or 7pm. What a difference it has made. I also started with the ACV about 30 minutes before I break my fast (16:8). I lost about 2lbs in about 2 weeks. Crazy! I began to meal prep again…it’s awesome. Thanks for the inspiration!!
Thank you for saying that it is the relationship with food and not the food itself that is the problem. I listen to so many ppl on socials talk about 'ohh I ate every time I celebrated, I ate for birthday, holidays, etc..' Yeah it is perfectly ok to celebrate with food and to have a nice holiday meal, the problem is the relationship. Thank you for sharing your experience. All the best.
I've lost 50lbs using IF as a tool. I drink lots of liquids (collagen coffee, lemon water, ACV water, bone broth, plain water) throughout the morning and I don't eat any food until after noon. I have a sedentary life, so more liquids, less food has worked great for me!!
Thank you for this video. I have lost 40 lbs but for the last 3 wks, I am going back and forth, following my program then telling myself that just one time I can eat this. Several things you said really resonated and helped me focus on my original motivation. Definitely subscribed and appreciate your honesty. I have another 70 lbs but also trying to learn to enjoy movement.
That is THE best woman's arm tat I've ever seen! I love flora but never thought of having it as a tatoo. I'm going to save this and think about doing it someday.
Lacey, thank you for the video- heading into the holidays with so many wonderful recipes and good food ideas! Thanks for being my mentor! I’ve lost a lot of lbs through your good advice! So has my hubby and we love the food we get to have everyday! Your smoothies are a family favorite!
Just found your channel today. Just subscribed! I am not very far into my weight loss journey, but it's so wonderful to see others succeeding at it. A true inspiration.
I can relate to you on so many levels! I have struggled with my weight my WHOLE life! I'm 46 5'9 & at my heaviest after having my 3rd baby over 5 yrs ago was 230 lbs! I struggled for 2 yrs trying to lose the weight! Finally finding a supplement I could use as a tool & incorporating IF along with I lost over 60 lbs in a year & then lost 10 more pounds. I have gained prob 15 lbs back but honestly when Iook at pics of me at 155 lbs my face is way too thin for my liking. Plus just because I got down to 155 that didn't take away any insecurities I had. I kept thinking if I just lose weight my life will be so complete! Weight is just weight. As long as I'm healthy for my family that's really all that matters. Do I eat healthy, not really. But I wanna enjoy life & food & enjoy it with my family! Do I get out & walk...everyday! I know if I'm not gonna eat 100 % clean & healthy I have to stay active!
Good effort, it truly takes work, but unfortunately, what you put into your body plays the greatest role in weight loss and your health in the years to come... May I suggest you cut out sugar completely, and that means carbs. No more breads, rice, pasta, or at least VERY little, once in a while.....read ALL the labels on your food you buy. I have a fork load of saurkraut every morning and I have a glass of apple cider vinegar with lemon juice and sea salt before bed. My BMI was 28, now it's 24. I still work out about 200 minutes or more, a week. I'm a 65 year old guy and am a heart attack survivor. I'm in better shape now than when I was in my 20's.
Since the start of the pandemic, I've lost 55 pounds, going from "overweight verging on obese" to a weight where I don't want to lose any more, and occasionally make a large dessert to push my weight back up because I think it's going too low. What happened? I rediscovered how to eat in a reasonable and healthy fashion. I eat lots of fruits and vegetables. I mostly eat at home. I prepare my meals from recipes in cookbooks and follow the portion size recommendations and there you go. The good food pushed out the potato chips and other junk food.
Thank you for being here, your guides are very inspiring, you help reinforce the truth about weight loss. Things you say like having a good relationship with food really packs a punch and hits home 👊🏼
I agree with the points you made across the entire video. I lost 70lbs from March 20-Sept20 I found plant based keto and fasting at first. Then I found the kettlebell, steel club, steel mace and gymnastics based calisthenics. I got down to 10% bodyfat but found my body could not wait to put more fat back on it. Currently at 220 and doing OMAD 5 days a week.
I started my journey back in March at 95kg, big shocker for me since I'm 1.8m tall and my bmi at that time was 29, overweight and quickly closing on obese. Started quite simply with a combination of walking and mild weight lifting, starting with 30-45min walks and slowly increasing to over an hour until I consistently walked 10K steps every day with barely breaking a sweat. Now I'm upping to 12K steps and using bodyweight exercises to strengthen my body and grow my muscles and core.
Background is nice but I would recommend change lighting, it’s too dark, especially on the right side, it almost looks like you have a black eye. Also sound not as good. Totally not to criticize, just honestly answering your question and hope it’s helpful. Thank you so much, your videos are very helpful as well!
left out the most important...... Conflating Weight loss with fat loss .... they are not the same..... and weight gain does not mean gaining fat.... weight is the sum of all body part and weight is always in flux due to hydration levels and inflammation in the body.... reduction in inches more important than the number on the scale.
Excellent video!! Growing up my mom had wonderful recipes. I still enjoy them but I have revised them to fit my goals. They’re still her recipes but healthier, with a few minor changes. 😊🦋
These are all really great points! I totally agree about IF. It's not a foreign concept to me, but I got back into fasting a few months ago and I finally understand the function of it now! I'm also seeing positive benefits from it on my body, too. Eye opening.
I’m a 6’2” man and I have never weighed 250lbs! To lose that kind of weight seems like a full time job! And to gain that kind of weight seems like a full time job! Glad you got your life back!! 👍
Strong and fit but comfortable and happy, I dont worry to much about my weight I worry about the flab and fat. I think people forget how incredible the human body is it used little energy and it is slow to see things going on, sure iof you go from not doing much to full workouts you will see huge results within a few months but then most people seem to stop seeing anything more but also gain weight( usually muscle weight) during this time that is why for myself I need to change up some things the human body adapts so if I was to do the same thing every day it would adjust until the muscles are strong enough so a person would either increase the weight or reps or adding change up the type of exercise that moves slightly different
Highly useful video! Well done! Nutritional science has been revolutionary over the last decade. So much of conventional nutritional science has been disproved.
I love cardio and Pilates. I always did it for fun, but I don't have any discipline to do any workout for weight loss. That's what a good diet comes in.
OMG, Lacey!!! I had no idea that you lost so much weight!!! Congrats!! That is freaking AWESOME!!! I recently found your channel, (sweet pea chef), and I'm really glad I did. Thanks for sharing your knowledge with us. No better person to listen to than someone who has been there!! I am getting ready to start IF again. Did it before, but stopped. I'm going to start with a 16:8, go to an 18:6 from there, and then ultimately end with 20:4 for life. I'm looking forward to seeing the results, but mostly to start feeling better. That's the most important thing.
Losing weight is awesome! Congrats! I have always been big, very strong and athletic.....but I allowed myself to get to 280, but my weight "looked" natural except for my face was round. When members of my family started having heart issues and other health problems, I took that as a sign and started crossfit and MMA training. I lost 80 lbs and really leaned out. What I was NOT expecting was people mocking me and in some cases insulting me for the change in lifestyle and body! I have never heard of such a thing nor realized this might happen! Hopefully other people have not experienced this......I was and still am shocked when I think back on it.
I always found when trying to lose weight that I needed something to motivate me to make the right choices in the kitchen, for me it is working out, if I don't work out I don't eat well. I always say to my friends trying to lose weight that they need to pick some physical activity that they genuinely enjoy and pursue that, it doesn't have to me macho weightlifting, it can be running, swimming, biking, or even be a weirdo larping in the park.
I’m so desperate to lose 30 lbs that I wish my liver would help me lose weight. When I’m sick, and my liver is acting up, I actually was losing 1-2lbs A DAY. In one month I went from 140 to 115 in a month. This happened when I was younger as well. I’m just upset with myself. And my dad fat shaming me growing up, not helpful and I now have body dysmorphia. But I do love weights because when I was working out, I could see my triceps being sculpted. I am so proud of you and everyone else who have been successful.
I too, hate cardio - I'm asthmatic and I have big boobs, so totally not built for running and bouncing around! I now do swimming (which, while it is a kind of cardio, is lower-impact and good for asthmatics) and Pilates, both of which I enjoy, can do for longer than five minutes without going wheezy and purple in the face and have proved to be brilliant ways for me to lose weight and tone up. And yeah, ditching most of the 'low-fat' and 'low-sugar' products has made a huge difference as well (the way it seems to go is, if it's low in one of them it's usually high in the other, with a side-helping of high salt.) I spent ten years trying to lose weight by eliminating all types of sugars (even restrcting fruits and wholewheat carbs) and replacing them with artificially sweetened stuff instead; in that whole time I probably kept losing and gaining the same 4-5lbs and trying to prevent my blood pressure climbing above the 140 mark and into 'needing medication' territory. In May of this year I made radical changes to my diet; started eating more whole foods, cut out sweetened soft drinks altogether (even the diet ones) for just plain water, tea or coffee and allowed more fruit and wholegrain carbs back in my diet... and I've lost 45 pounds, my blood pressure is back to normal and life is a lot more fun.
In this picture I am 70 lbs heavier- I totally understand the fight with food. I love ❤️ cardio but no running.I like cycling 🚴🏻♀️ I wanted to loos a good amount of weight before going at it with the weight lifting. I wish I knew that loosing the weight would only help me look good in clothes but I look like Jabba the hut underneath. I often think that if I had to be out in the dating world how self conscious I would be.
Congratulations Lacey on your journey. Thank you for sharing. Definitely inspiring. ❤❤ Today I am down 22 pounds. Restarted my IF routine in June 2021. 16-8 but recently changed to 18-6. I am a snacker and IF has helped me tremendously with removing that habit. I incorporated more plant based foods to my lifestyle. Increased my water intake. Became more diligent with working out. ( Walking for the most part. ) Just hoping the Winter blues does not affect me this season. Any tips on that?
Most of the time they are Not mistakes, but necessary Detours to finally have everything click in your brain. We all know what to do and what to eat we are groomed young with all these tidbits from struggling moms, friends and people we know more about healthy weight loss than the experts, lol. But sometimes things have to happen when we’re READY. Just like weightlifting for you it wasn’t the right time now you appreciate and enjoy your journey. I love cardio but I love weightlifting it doesn’t have to be a Choice.
Congrats on your weight loss! I'm new to your channel and I hope you don't mind this question. Did you have loose skin after losing all that weight or did everything tighten up naturally because of your weight training and losing your weight over several months. Also did you do daily calorie deficit? I already do intermittent fasting, eat clean and no snacking. I do need to add a exercise component. I have some disability issues, so I need to find something I can do consistently. Thanks for sharing your tips! ❣
Depending on your abilities, you might look into super slow weight lifting (or even bodyweight exercises). I think the book was called the Power of 10. He developed that to help seniors get strong without the risk of injury. I should do it more---you'd be shocked how just a few super slow reps can wipe you out!! Also, re: loose skin, Dr Jason Fung has said his patients that do intermittent fasting don't have to have surgery to remove loose skin...so sounds like you're on the right track! :) Isn't it great to finally make consistent, lasting progress?! Keep it up!
I gained approx 80 pounds due to health issues. It looks like I figured out what caused the weight gain and I will no surch for a other doctor. Hope he can help me. Anyway, I am convinced that I will loose the 80 pounds as soon as I get medical help. My worries are, will my tissue and skin shrink again? What can I do do not have lots of tissue and skin hanging? Any tips appreciated.
loose it slow… use collagen, use lotion on your skin to keep its elasticity… and last but not least “autophagy”through fasting tightens the skin naturally
I have 80lbs to lose and it seems like a distant dream right now but should I get this weight off in the next year I would probably cry! it has been extremely tough to do .
IF rocks. I cut the sugars/starches/high glycemic foods so the cravings finally stopped which makes not eating processed garbage easier- that stuff is not good for you anyway and your liver and kidneys will thank you. IF can be cheaper and easier. There are lots of great healthy whole foods out there.
What did you do with all of the extra skin? 250 is a lot of space to cover. It usually just doesn't disappear. I lost 60 lbs this year and have strange waves of skin in a few spots.
everyone says they want to lose weight and get healthy. the real key is to get healthy and you will lose weight. for example, most people that are overweight are insulin resistant. if they concentrate on reversing insulin resistance, (LCHF/IF, exercise) the weight will automatically come off in the process
Hi Lacey, this video has inspired me to try weight lifting!😊 I have never been able to stay consistent with cardio because it makes me feel terrible. I have been thinking about trying intermittent fasting but I have heard that intermittent fasting can mess with hunger cues in intuitive eating?
Fasting is better or worse for people on an individual level. You will only know once you try it. It's great for some, awful for others. Definitely try weights! It's very satisfying. & funnily enough, it has an appetite suppression effect for a lot of people, myself included. Good luck!
number 1 tip is always don't worry about what your weight actually is. To many people get hung up on a number or see fluctuations and freak out. Weight literally is not what you should be after but fat loss. You could still weigh a lot but if it's muscle then its no big deal. weight is meaningless. You want to see physical changes on how the body looks at said weight. Are you a blubbery 200lbs or are you a ripped 200lbs. The scale means jack shit. But it is a nice motivator for anyone just starting out on their journey when not focusing so much on weight training yet. But weight loss can also be from lean body mass as muscle also degrades during the weight loss process so people might think they are making progress but still have their fat around despite seeing scales going down, plus water weight is massive in that first big dip. More reason not to care what the scale says.
"The process of being healthy"!! I never thought of that before! It also implies a process of being unhealthy. I really, really appreciate the idea of health as a process rather than a binary end state. Thank you!
I’ve also lost 250lbs. Started at 530 in March of 2019 and now I’m 278 as of December 2021.

I have found that intermittent fasting and a low carb diet is the key to my journey to a better health. Cheers to you and what an amazing transformation you've gone through... Agree with every point you made..
Why would anyone not like this video? Kudos to you for your achievement! You're my inspiration
Haters gonna hate eh? 🤔
We can all just smuggly enjoy it with our like button white! 🙂
Some people are just weird… lol
The Fat Acceptance movement.
Idiots are looking for a magic cure that requires no work on their part. When she didn't provide that, they gave her a thumbs down. These idiots will be our bosses someday...
Wow... people are disliking this video?
I wish you all the best in your journey.
Thank you for your positive encouraging videos
Completely random comment, but your last name is my maiden name. I don't think there are many of us around. 😊
And way to go on your weight loss!
goodluck with the rest
Intermittent fasting is key. If you stay with it. Takes about two weeks to get used to it. Totally worth it.
Absolutely true on all points! I'm 59, and I wish I knew this 20 yrs ago! Everything we've ever been told about diet and exercise is completely wrong.
Thank you for posting! I have a lot of weight to lose and I’m a little… overwhelmed. Your lessons will help to guide myself as I change my habits.
For me a modest calorie deficit, compound lifts and walking has really worked. The goal should be to adopt a lifestyle you can do everyday.
I lost 70lbs from March 20-Sept20
I found plant based keto and fasting at first.
Thanks for the feedback!! Def a work in progress with the lighting and sound lol
left out the most important......
I agree about snacking. I love IF. I no longer snack all the time.
It's not the destination but the Journey.
I love that you are sharing this with us! It's very motivating. Thank you!
I love the poster!
Needed to hear that today…
Thank you for being so honest and for sharing your knowledge through your weightloss journey. Your awesome.
Highly useful video! Well done! Nutritional science has been revolutionary over the last decade. So much of conventional nutritional science has been disproved.
I love cardio and Pilates. I always did it for fun, but I don't have any discipline to do any workout for weight loss. That's what a good diet comes in.
So glad I found your videos. It’s nice to listen to such a genuine person who makes things simple. Thank you!!
Lifting is actually more calories burned for the time spent AND it encourages your body to not use the muscle for energy while in a calorie deficite
This is not just good advice for weight loss but for strength training as well!
Excellent video! Great points and well-presented. This will help so many people!
Hey Lacey, just found your channel, new subscriber!! Excited to learn and watch more of your content!!
I did keto and lost 80 pounds but my doctor says my cholesterol is not good so I’m changing and I’ll follow your program
So, you were over 400 lbs at some point? Wow. That is an amazing accomplishment. Congratulations. Do you have before and after pictures?
Way to go Lacey! Appreciate the video.
Amazing vid with fantastic information! A lot of this is me as well
Got it. Tinkering has to stop. Consistency is key!
I LOVE THE POSTER!
Kudos to you loseing weight is hard...i was hoping for something I didn't know though
Today I am down 22 pounds.
Good idea! Maybe I'll make a video on that :)
@@laceybaier_ That would be great. Tyvm🥰🥰
Try walking in the morning sun to reset your circadian clock…also has hormonal and other beneficial effects. Good luck!
I need to work on being consistent, portion sizes, a diet that I like and can replicate and an exercise routine I can stick to.
THIS WAS A GREAT VIDEO. I SO NEEDED THIS!! Thank you for sharing your wisdom. I just subscribed to your channel! You're AWESOME!💪💪💪💪
The IF helps with the lose skin, it will take some time. The younger you are the less time.
If you lose weight slowly over time, you don't get the sagging skin. The loose skin comes from crash dieting.
Indeed light weight lifting help me so much; just walking once a week. Thank you.
Excellent video thank you looking forward to watching
IF rocks. I cut the sugars/starches/high glycemic foods so the cravings finally stopped which makes not eating processed garbage easier- that stuff is not good for you anyway and your liver and kidneys will thank you. IF can be cheaper and easier. There are lots of great healthy whole foods out there.
Love this wall color. I want to paint my bedroom this color.
Luv the video, luv the background ❤
Thank you for your input on weight lifting!!!
God brought this to me today. Yes, I’m near goal and have thought all the same negative thoughts. All exactly the same
I wish I could give you a million 👍!
Just found you! The best video ever! Thank you 😁
Health. Mental and physical and spiritual.
you arr so right. thank you. i needed to be reminded.
You lost... 250 lbs? WOW you're amazing. That's incredible!!!!!!
super impressive transformation. i need to lose like 50 lbs. i wish i wasn't too lazy to get healthy.
This title is total Click Bait..... She lost about 50 pounds 5 times
What did you do with all of the extra skin? 250 is a lot of space to cover. It usually just doesn't disappear. I lost 60 lbs this year and have strange waves of skin in a few spots.
Awesome video😊
Great video. Thanks for your tips .
everyone says they want to lose weight and get healthy. the real key is to get healthy and you will lose weight. for example, most people that are overweight are insulin resistant. if they concentrate on reversing insulin resistance, (LCHF/IF, exercise) the weight will automatically come off in the process
Very helpful tips. Thank you.
I hate cardio, but I've started some fitness apps on the Quest 2, and some of them make it quite fun!
Great vid... again. Love the backdrop:)
Thank you so much. What great advice .
very very helpful thanks so much this is a journey for sure
Hi Lacey, this video has inspired me to try weight lifting!😊 I have never been able to stay consistent with cardio because it makes me feel terrible. I have been thinking about trying intermittent fasting but I have heard that intermittent fasting can mess with hunger cues in intuitive eating?
Fasting is better or worse for people on an individual level. You will only know once you try it. It's great for some, awful for others.
Definitely try weights! It's very satisfying. & funnily enough, it has an appetite suppression effect for a lot of people, myself included. Good luck!
I lost too much weight. Having trouble gaining it back
Thank you. great information.
number 1 tip is always don't worry about what your weight actually is.
Thank you!
