Cover Crops Gone Wild! Nude Winter Rye! Fully Shaved Vetch

Really I just mower down the cover crop. Winter Rye by itself would have been nice. The addition of Hairy Vetch just made it look a mess.
I've mowed it down and starting to rototill the area to plant grass seed I guess.
I didn't want to till anymore but grass seed won't do well without the residue removed first.
