I've been with Jamie since "Naked Chef" was on cable television here in California. The thing that I've always admired was that the food he makes is doable for all of us. You know that he has his own garden and grows his own food and raises children too. He eats the food he makes and enjoys it and you can tell that he's in great shape so that says a lot about the food he makes and eats. We should follow his example and do the same thing.
