I have the older ver of the one above this model. It's all stainless steel, and it's the most amazing thing. I had my kitchen catch fire. The wires degraded, and this thing was a life saver. I could still cook with this and the instant pot. Def would recommend it. I moved out of that place into another place. My roommates are very particular about the kitchen, so I have this version of the oven now and again. I love it.
I like this short informative tech video. I typically play long videos at 2x speed but I didn't have to with your video. Short sweet and lots of interesting information! Thank you
One thing I hate about this appliance is: they say in the manual not to use an extension cord with this appliance, but then they made the cord for the appliance so short that it can't even reach any outlet. And they don't want you to put nothing underneath, on top or beside it, so where am I suppose to put it on the floor? Because the only outlet in my kitchen is under the cabinets...
Agree, very short cord and the Pre Heat is an extra Step that should be unnecessary. Pet peeve of this Air fryer is it is kind of bulky, and isn't is supposed to have a Drawer somewhere?
You CAN use an extension cord if you use a heavy duty one, it must be a heavy wire higher rated extension cord. As the wiring in your wall is basically an extension cord itself but it is rated at high voltages. The reason they say "not to use extension cords" is because some people will use a wimpy extension cord and cause a fire, then sue the company! Basically ALL air fryers require a high rated extension cord or could cause a fire!
@@kennyh5083 yup one of the more interesting things I learned becoming an electrician is that if you buy quality items with correct wire size you can plug an extension cord into a power strip into another power strip into an extension cord and still be fine. Growing up I was always taught that if you did anything even similar to this it was 100% going to start a fire.
@@troy3456789 I've done as much as 2lbs but find it needs to cook much longer for them all to get crispy. I'd say 1lb to ensure all over crispness. I also just add a little oil and cornstarch to mine with the seasoning and they are amazingly crispy
Im considering buying this, I have one question. Is it easy to clean inside the air fryer. I have a conventional oven, but it’s a pain in an ass to clean inside after roasting some meat.
"I like that the cooking trays also have a square shape design so you can maximize the surface area on the plate and fit more food" My brain is melting
No way to get the door off when you need to clean it all those crumbs and everything fall down that area and you can’t get the door off. How does it come off???

Not a good design. Heavy and Bulky.

Permanent solution for frequent switching off,or tripping of Thermo static switch for air fryer.
Wondering if the rotisserie basket can be used for crispy wings or thighs
It will likely remove any breading/flour you add. Best to use that for other things. Never use mine, it's collecting dust on the shelf. 😏
I make wings in my basket all the time. They come out super crispy and perfectly golden.
@@smiller2613 That is good news. thank you for replying. How many wings can you fit in the basket?

I can not get the beep function to come on
Very informative message...

The manual says: Open the door with left hand only, to an angle of 45 degrees, grab left hand side of door and pull gently to the right.
Awful to clean the interior.
Yup this is my main issue, almost returned it before I dirtied it too much but then I rotisseried a chicken and was like whoo hoo 🎉 nvm 😂
You have to slam the fucking door to turn it on!
Talk too much, low quality!!!!!
