This journal is magnificent and I am thrilled to be lucky enough to adopt her💕. I adore all the slow stitching, buttons, beads, etc. on the cover and the belt closure is really cute. I enjoyed the walk through as a sneak peek and can’t wait to get my hands on her and savor all the beautiful papers and genuine ephemera. I was hoping this journal would have a coin but I didn’t see one as you went through everything. You are so talented and each journal is a scrumptious piece of art. I love the idea of the theme being a color. It gives the journal such an eclectic feel with all the different bits & pieces. It’s beautiful how it all goes together 💙

You are an extremely talented artist. You have such a kind, sweet voice, you have a beautiful soul! All of this shows and comes across in all of your art. Personally I'm mind blown ☺️ I watch SO many creators and have for many years and you my dear stand out from the crowd! There are a lot of talented creators don't get me wrong but some stars shine brighter than others 🤭🤫

I just love everything about this journal. The colors are great together (love blue), all the vintage ephemera is amazing--love all the letters and postcards and the many original pieces, and then there is the slow-stitching and the original art you included. The cover is beautiful. The journal is just so inspiring. Thank you for the great deal on your printables, too. Now all I have to do is get them printed, since I don't have a printer. Thanks so much for your generosity in so many ways. (P.S. I just spent a ridiculous amount of time reading all the postcards and letters to "My darling husband, Harry." The Air Mail one was sad as she was saying she was anxious because she hadn't heard from him. We know he was OK since the letters survived. It would be very interesting to read his letters to her.)

Thank you, from the bottom of my heart 🩷 yes, I would love to see those letters! I cane across one from Rita that said a whole pile of letters arrived all at once, it may have been a letter after this one 🥰 yes, Harry was ok, his retirement payment receipt was in my last journal I think. Although i came across a very sad letter where he was informed that his father had passed and his mum was not well and not expected to last the weekend 😭 that one made me cry

As someone who is learning how to do Irish needle point lace seeing the little flower at the bottom right corner here at 2:50 made me so happy!
Wow you deserve a medal! That and tatting is insanely complex! You must have the patience of a saint! It always saddens me to see these beautiful works, sitting in an old dusty thrift store sold for $1, even though I cut them up, your comment made me smile and is exactly why I do this. That person's hardwork was admired once more and made someone smile again, along with the owner of the journal who will treasure it 🥰
@ it definitely does take patience and a lot of time for such a small little project but when you finish a piece it’s worth it! Like you said, I’m sure whomever made it is happy to see others enjoying it in a new life. I have a lot of doilies from my great grandma and you have inspired to use them on a journal I’m working on to honor those in my family and let their memories live on. Thank you for that! 🥹🥰✨

SO impressed by your tips on scanning originals and dyed papers, how you made the gorgeous slow-stitched cover, etc. Love the Viewmaster packaging and the great inclusion of the KG dust jacket. They’re so shiny, yet I can’t bin them. I have subbed and so glad I found you. Your ways of tying together such a wide variety of materials, treasures and eras of ephemera creates a fabulous keepsake!
