It's possible but someone from Japan would have to do it as the series is available for streaming but you need to pay with a Japanese debit card and live in Japan and yes I tried a bit lol, I believe it's doable but you have to jump around so many hoops.
I think the Japanese Dragon Ball Actors were actually in power rangers including Takeshi Kusao! The Japanese voice of Trunks in Dragon Ball Z who played Billy Cranston the Blue Ranger MMPR!
As much as i love the original Power Rangers and i think this Movie is just simply perfect. It still cracks me up everytime, when they morph and perform their Moves and all of them make some fancy flips for their Entrance. And then they stare to an empty Space cause the Monsters just left xD
I love the theme music when they morph that starts with the kick drum on it's own, it's just more powerful sounding. They should have put that in the 2017 movie, when they jump into the zords and the theme plays. When I was young I remember how epic it felt. Right from the beginning when it described "colossal assault vehicles known as zords" in the intro with that music and when they went to the other world. If they ever remaster it, they need to re-do the CGI used for the Zords and the bad guy, because that was so bad it almost ruined the film.
They probably used Mammoth because in Zyuranger (the show from where the original Power Rangers show got its footage) the black ranger's Guardian beast is a Mammoth not a Mastodon
