Last year, I visited Royalton Punta Cana with my kids and we had a great time. We also spent 2 nights in the capital city of Santo Domingo, about 3 hours from Punta Cana. We rented a car. Then from Santo Domingo, we drove to Las Terrenas, Samana which is about 4 1/2 hours from Santo Domingo with very hice breathtaking view. We spent 2 nights in Las Terrenas and they we drove to Puerto Plata which was about 3 hours. Finally we headed back to Santo Domingo to take our flight back to USA. Driving was very safe in the DR and we all had a good time. My advice is that if you are not Dominican, dont drive during the night time. Its a tropical island and animals can be spotted crossing the roads. Overall, recommended.

I thoroughly enjoyed the Royalton Punta Cana. Waves on the beach are a little too big and can be too much for little kids but overall this is one of the few all inclusive resorts that I’ll be returning to. I recommend anyone going to Punta Cana to check it out.

Hi, this is the best video I have seen about Punta Cana resorts. We, my wife and my two daughters, are traveling to PC this summer, we are looking into reserve at Royalton because of the water park. However, I don’t like the fact that you have to make lines to eat at the restaurants. I liked your video because you are the only one who talked about all Royaltons have access to the water park. I’m purchasing my stay through Costco and they only sell Royalton (not the splash). I’ll be contacting you to book a few tours. Thank you.
We just stayed at royalton and had access to both resorts. The water park and pools and dining on both resorts

Great video thanks. My family is looking to visit Punta Cana in July 2923 for 2 weeks, first time. 2 adults and children aged 11 and 5 from UK. I am still reviewing which hotel will suit us as so many to choose from.

Hyatt - better food, no waves but small corals entering the sea. Hyatt is better to my opinion

For a great budget experience, would you recommend impressive, vista sol, or would you up it a couple hundred dollars for iberostar? Thank you for your help!
