Rüstem hears the chaos in the palace and goes to his daughter's room panicking. Hümaşah isn't in her room. As Mihrimah mourns for her daughter, Hürrem goes to ask for an explanation from Sultana Şah. Sultana Şah gets shocked and gets determined to keep Nigar silent.
Rüstem looks for his daughter in the whole capital and learns that Nigar has kidnapped her. The circle tightens and Nigar gets cornered. The showdown between Rüstem and Nigar ends in a shocking way.
Hürrem gets deterimined to send Mehmet to Manisa Sanjak. Rüstem not only sets a new trap to provide Mustafa to be relegated but also tries to provide Lütfi Pasha to be disfavored. He provides a rumor about Rüstem Pasha to be spread.
His doubts about Mustafa prey on his mind. Meanwhile, Prince Mustafa thinks he has lost his value for his father. He gets relieved with his brother's news about sanjak but he falls into Rüstem's trap.
Lütfi Pasha continues to his raids and punishes a prostitute heavily. When Sultana Şah learns about this punishment, they have an argument. Lütfi Pasha makes a deadly mistale while he gets defeated by his rage. Meanwhile, Suleiman makes a decision about Mustafa which is the begining of the end.
At the age of 26, when he ascended to the throne, Sultan Suleiman aimed to build an empire more powerful than Alexander the Great and to render the Ottomans invincible. Throughout his 46-year reign, he became the greatest warrior and ruler of both East and West.
The young Suleiman received news of his succession to the throne during a hunting party in 1520. Unaware that he would be ruling a reign beyond his dreams, he left behind his wife son and took to the road with his close friend and companion Pargali Ibrahim to reach the Topkapi Palace in Istanbul. As they started their journey overland, an Ottoman ship set sail from Crimea in the Black Sea, bringing female slaves as gifts for the Ottoman palace… On this ship was Alexandra La Rossa, the daughter of a Ukrainian Orthodox minister, taken away from her family and sold to the Crimean palace. She had no idea that she would become Hurrem, wife of Sultan Suleiman and mother of princes, ruling the empire with him through bloodshed and intrigue.
As Sultan Suleiman conquered the world, his great passion for Hurrem would clash with his love for and trust in his closest friend and advisor, Grand Vizier Pargali Ibrahim, all set against the backdrop of the tension between Christian Europe and the Ottoman Empire in the 16th century.

The way Mercan looks down at Shah to make sure she was ok before turning back to Lutfi. That was an excellent addition to the scene.
It is crystal clear that of all the servants Shah Huban had Mercan was the most fatefull, i actually loved her

I love how not one person, not even Hürrem, expected Lütfi Paşa's downfall to happen so quickly. They all expected it to be a long and complicated process, but then the vicious idiot torpedoed his own life. They barely had to lift a finger!
He didn't just shoot himself in the foot; he nuked it from orbit. It probably didn't even take an hour or two after what he did to that poor woman to completely screw himself over permanently.
Few things get you fired, and even executed, faster than slapping the sister of the king/sultan/emperor.
Lutfi pasha was the only tyrant who was enjoying this brutality otherwise it was so terrifying that even the janissaries did not want to see it so they turned away.

Suliman didn’t make Rustem the grand vizier right after Lufti because he saw what happened with Ibrahim and Hatice, then with Lufti and Sah and he didn’t want Mihrimah to go through it.

Don't know why everyone loves hatice more although sah was better than her in every way! Sah was a better mother, better sister and a better aunt! Sah may not liked her husband and was proudy (so was hatice) but you can't deny that she was a far better mother than hatice! Hatice left her children all alone while sah spared the life of the person she hated the most just because of her daughter! Hatice (after suleiman killed Ibrahim) turned against her brother and even tried to make him suffer but sah always loved suleiman and even warned hatice that if she try to do something against suleiman then she'll have to face her! Sahil didn't love her husband, but she was like the female version of Sulieman.
She had the best interest of the dynasty and the sultanate at heart, and she was a just person, as according to the religion and law they lived under.

Agree with you. According to a legend Sah order to her servants to beat Lutfi Pasha for this. Too bad we didn't see this it would be a good karma( not enough for what he did to this poor woman). It would have been a intersting parallel with Kosem if the the MCK writers had shown Sultan Ibrahim as he was in the story with his concubines when he assault a concubine and she threatened him with a knife in self-defence. Kosem immediately sided with his concubine, released her , and yelled at Ibrahim apparently. Too bad it could have made a striking resemblance to this scene.

The reason of Prince Mustafa's downfall were jannisairs,pashas and other statemans showing him love and playing trick games on him and praising him for their own benefits and interesrs because he was so easy to manipulate and Mahidevran Hatun wasnt as strong as Hurrem Sultana to intervene in state affairs. If prostitutes are the guilty ones then what about the men who visit them & make new prostitutes?
There actually were penalties for men caught going to a brothel depending on their martial status. It varied depending on the country and the religion. In Islam's case, unmarried men who went to brothels were whipped or hit with canes on the foot. For married men, it was considered adultery therefore were sentenced to death.

Wow Merca Agha had good skills in fight. Lutfi Pasha start to be more clever than Ibrahim but afterwards he surpassed himself in stupidity ( I don't see Ibrahim make a punition like this for a prostitute or slap a Sultana no matter how he was evil). Good that Sah divroce him even if I understand why Esmahan don't want her father exeucted( he's her father after all). And it this moment I pity Sah , yes she didn't want to make her marital duty as they have only one daughter but she was forced to wed with him when she loves another person, and it was clear from the start (to me) that Lutfi Pasha was an unpleasant person even if Sah had her fault like the way she is very snobbish and think like her mother on how servants are treated. But at least she find empathy with Mihrimah as she in turn was forced to marry someone she didn't love ( Rustem) even though she attacked her daughter Esmehan and knowing that.

Honestly you can see,how even Sah is scared of Suleiman wrath,and how much Suleiman wants to kill Lutfi. But because of her daughter,and whole life together, and lets be honest..she lived with him. She knows deep down he is not cruel man. He never insulted her and respected her space till that dark moment, she asked for his merci. This is difference between Hurrem and Sah. Hurrem is so impulsive and doesnt think twice about concequences. But Sah had mourned,cried,calmed herself down, thought about her daughter and her husband of 20 yrs. Im sure they had nice momments in the youth. And she didnt want to do something reckles that she will cary on her heart forever. Truly,one of the best sultanas ever. After that insult,and that punches, she found way to forgive and move on. She is THE REAL SULTANA. THE WISEST OF THEM ALL. SHAH SULTANA EVERYONE 💓💓🤌🏼

LooL.. That guy didn't keep the position with success whatever. He kept it solely because Suleiman loved him and was protecting Ibrahim from his own self. Actually i feel that Lufti Pasha as a character was frustrated both sexually as well as angered that Shah Sultan - ONLY because of her birth was far superior and wealthy - she did not believe herself to be inferior to him a man - even had she NOT been a close relative of the ruling dynasty. There seems an underlying misogynist in his mental make up as well as piled up anger against Shah Sultan that he was unable to work out in any way.
