How to Smoke a Boneless Turkey Breast on a Pellet Grill

  • In this cook I bring you in one of my local butcher shops here in Gilbert Arizona as I'm looking for a healthy option for the week as I'm doing my meal prep. Despite all the options I chose to go with this HUGE Boneless Turkey Breast that I ended up smoking on my Green Mountain Grills Pellet Grill for a few hours after seasoning it with some cajun rub, basting it in clarified butter, and topping it off with a glaze of Hot Honey. Let me be the first to tell you this was a HOME RUN!!! Also it's a healthier option for those who want to get out and grill, but need to be health conscious.     This is one of the things I miss most about proper barbecue is the turkey! It's almost never done up here! Looks spectacular Joe! Love this one!

    Buddy, that turkey breast looks delicious! I’ve cooked them on my Traeger and Kamado Joe and they are excellent for sandwiches. I have a small meat slicer and I let them cool overnight then slice thin (like deli). Yummy! Great video.

    I got pitboss 3series electric smoker 30inch use small wood chips how can I smoke turkey breast on it my temperature on my pitboss 3series electric smoker 30inch is lower temperature and higher temperature and medium temperature what temperature do you put on please 🙏 let me know and how many hours

      What up Harry!👊🏿 so obviously I'm guessing because I don't "know"your exact smoker so I'm not sure how big it is and what temps it gets to on low, med high... but to be safe I would go on high because poultry isn't really something you want to cook low and slow (its too lean) I'd let it go until it got to a good color, then I'd temp it to see where I'm at, then cover it with aluminum foil and finish it out. (I go to 165 in the breast and like 175-185 in the legs if possible) Hopefully that helps👍🏿

      The time varies based of the size of the meat, the temp of your grill, etc. It's easier to focus on your temps. That will let you know when you're done💯
