@RTHGold i had blood after each poo for like a month or more, it's so slow to heal but now it is fully healed. Hang in there, it will heal in time. It's a torture to deal with this

@@vaikai3635 do not drink coffee or anything that can increase blood pressure. cold shower in the place where the bump is 3 times a day. if you walk a lot, try to start relaxing on the couch, if you are relaxing on the couch, then on the contrary, start walking a little. do not eat spicy and salty foods. try leaving the bump dry. just a cold shower where the bump is 3 times a day, and the rest of the time try to leave it dry. it helped me so much
I have these currently been suffering for a year on and off in different areas in the anus canal. Not surer if they are classed a internal as they are about half figure length inside and they hurt like crazy using scheriproct cream which does nothing for the pain but does shrink them if they do not burst. In the past i have found clots in the toilet along with a tea spoon amount of blood. What I recommend 1) add fiber to make your poop softer. 2) try to squat instead of sitting while you poop. 3) I literally got some medical tape and used it to keep my buttcheeks separated to reduce pain. 4) Medicated wipes with witch hazel are your friend. Don't over rely on Preparation H. It can burn. 5) Sitz bath or sitting in warm water helps. 6) Ibuprofen helps with pain. Don't over use it tho (liver damage). I tried to limit myself to one per day. Take it when you get in the tub or Sitz bath that way it can start going into effect by the time you get out. 7) loose underwear and pants. 8) try to keep your butt elevated when you lay down. Putting a pillow under my lower back seemed to be the most comfortable. 9) keep it dry. If possible still go to a doctor. God bless you and I hope this helps.

Yeah it sucks can't even sit on a chair I found taking Ibuprofen helps some along with the other over the counter stuff. Need to get into the doctors office I had looked into getting the surgery but was scared after watching a RUclips video how deep they have to cut into the anus. I'm also looking at the laser maybe that would be easier who knows.
@blastman8888 it will heal by its own you just need to wait, the surgery is not a good idea . After you heal, the one thing you can do to never ever have this problem again is to eat 30-40 grams of fiber and drink 2-3 liters of water every day. This is the only solution to never have Hemorrhoids ever again.

I’m on my day 2 now. No sleep last night. I want to get into the tub and pop it.
I almost called off of work because of this. The pain was all I could think about, but I was able to get some relief with OTC pain medication.
OTC medicine has been very helpful with the pain for me too.
