The stupidity of some of the people in these stories is astounding. How do you mean you hear someone outside your house and you just assume it's your ex? And that's just fine somehow? Or leave your backpack unattended, and when it obviously gets stolen with your keys in it you take no action whatsoever, just hoping Jesus will take the wheel, like OMG dude you're just asking to be murdered in your sleep.

The first story was quite confusing as to why those people in that party had thin green marks on them, possibly a cult thing which also explains the red thin makes on Tyler’s friends as potential sacrifices
or a game where the girls would have s** again, drug them and then later have the three compete in a survival vs prey type situation wjth all those green marked people vs the red marks
I don't understand that third story. If the guy was the most harmless person possible, why did you immediately block him on everything once you broke up? I mean I'm assuming the breakup was on good terms? Not to mention how would you still think that he is so innocent if he leaked your private information everywhere?
Third one doesn't make a lot of sense, but I can understand the first point. Some people have no interest in maintaining a relationship of any kind with a person after a breakup. Or even if they do, it's a good idea to give a transition period of a few weeks no contact to make it easier to go back to friends. However yeah no doxing private information to the public is a crime. I would be screaming my head off at the dude to say the least. A "nice guy" by reddit standards truly

Dude that last story literally reminded me of Scream 2 The girl being stalked while in college, the way she got hacked on everything, the way she didn’t know who it was and that the police questioned her ex boyfriend but it wasn’t him. And especially the video that was played in front of her class of the stranger in a Ghostface mask and saying threatening stuff. Definitely my favorite story👏

I've been listening to Mr. Nightmare since 2016-2017. I got into horror at a pretty young age, and storytelling just has a creepier aspect to it. I'm in college now, and listening to these stories reminds me of when I would stay up late and watch these videos in the dark, thinking I was doing something lol. That last story is so baffling I'm thinking it's likely fabricated. Ex is the sweetest guy but stalks you and posts ALL of your info online as revenge, then admits both to the police. Not only that but the leaked information immediately puts you at serious risk of harm and somehow the leaker can't be charged with anything? Doesn't pass the sniff test

@@thevarietykid686 I'm not the one who wrote the story, so I wouldn't be able to say, and it has been a quite a while since I have listened to that particular story, so I can't remember much about it, but if I had to speculate, I'd probably say he was brought along by someone else and was about to pick up on the vibes, but either way, I'm just here to listen to interesting stories.

I'd say this is one of the better MrNightmare video's recently. First story: enigmatic with no real explanation or conclusion. Second and third stories are both ongoing. (I hope they story's writers are okay though)
It’s amazing I used to get off the bus in 5th grade, run to my room and binge this guys videos. Now i’m in my 2nd year of college and I use Mr. Nightmare to fuel long drives and study sessions. Insane
A little tip for everyone. In relation to the girl getting hacked and everything. The passwords that are the hardest for hackers to guess are a combination of words and letters, and also capital letters. So two or more words with capital letters on them and also numbers and you should use that for all your passwords. Even if they’re different passwords use that formula. But that’s most important to do on your home computer and also your work computer and your cell phone. And any other device that has personal information on it that you don’t want anyone else to get a hold of. The longer you make the words and the numbers the better. You can use birthdays and other stuff like that if you need to for the numbers, but it’s really not preferable.

My brother went to Purdue and majored in Cybersecurity. He graduated last year. A lot of my family members also graduated from Purdue. Even at a relatively safe college like Purdue it’s important to never leave your backpack untended as someone can steal it.
11:03 I don't know if it's the same thing happening here, but back in my friend's hometown there was an almost similar thing that had happened, which led to tragedy. So, many years ago before my friend moved to our town he lived in a pretty much quiet town. He went to a party at a house that was on the outskirts of the town, about 5 mins away from a forest area that was behind the house and about 15-20 mins away from the main town. His three friends, his older sister (by a year), his gf and two of his friends' gfs went to this party, it was advertised on a Snapchat story by a random person who they didn't actually know. They arrived at the party around 8pm (from what he can remember), they instantly got stared at but ignored it and instead went and got drinks from the kitchen. He described the music being like in a meditation room while high, whimsical but unworldly, something that wasn't very party vibes. People were dressed in either white or cream, there was not a single person but their group that wore jeans. A little while later he went to the bathroom to wipe his shirt after spilling some beer on it, but on his way there he got bumped in the shoulder by a young woman, who forcefully passed him a note into his hand before continuing by. The note said "You don't belong here, leave while you can." He didn't know what that meant but went to tell the others, who all agreed it was weird and decided to leave, but they couldn't find his sister who went upstairs with a guy. They tried looking for her but couldn't find her anywhere, so rang her phone which went straight to voicemail (which was unusual for her, she would normally pick up straight away according to him) so they sent her a message that they were leaving and to please make sure to leave asap. He said that he only then noticed that there were people who had either a green or red line on them, always on the left side of the neck, most had green lines with around 5-7 other people with red lines. He had pointed it out to the rest of their group, then one of them noticed that the only single guy in the group had a red line, he said that he had not long made out with a girl from the party while going to get a drink. They all leave after there, hoping that his sister would leave soon after them and see her when she gets home. When he got back home with his gf after everyone else went home, his parents asked him where his sister is as she had left them a weird text then not answering her phone when they called her. She had texted the parents "Red means the end" which they were confused about, so he told them what happened at the party, his parents immediately called the police. They found out that his sister had been unalived and.... eaten. The police raided the house, arrested some of the people who hadn't fled into the forest. And discovered that along with my friend's sister, there were roughly 16 other bodies in either pieces inside of two freezer boxes or lying on two tables in a locked room upstairs, this is where they found his sister and the almost 18th body, one of the other people who had a red line at the party (they were lucky enough to have survived but was hospitalised). My friend couldn't go into too much detail of the whole reason because the police wouldn't disclose it, but he said "the party was to find food, I believe we were the food". He and his parents buried his sister's cremated ashes (after the police had done their investigation), then moved to our town shortly after. He said that the town has tried to cover it up as they don't want to make people afraid to live there, though many people were outraged by that and moved (if they could afford it) to other areas. He has since been afraid to go to any parties, even birthday parties, because he was traumatised. He only told me what happened, when he was having panic attacks about visiting grandparents who lived near that house, this happened a couple of years ago and he is now getting help to somewhat get over the ordeal. His gf moved in with him and his parents when they moved, because her parents tried to say that it wasn't a big deal and she was making a big fuss over a "petty crime" which is f**ked up to say, especially when she was best friends with his sister. She is also seeing a therapist and has slowly gotten through the ordeal.
Last story the girl is being too lenient! Clearly Ben is a big part of the reason she is getting harassed because he started the interest by posting her basic information. Saying he would never hurt her!? He already has and put her at serious risk! He knew that’s what would happen when he posted the information. That was his intention. Whether he regrets it after the fact is irrelevant!

i swear ive heard this first story before in a mr. nightmare video, or at least an identical premise. (house party, everyone is dressed nicely aside from OP, everybody gives OP weird looks, turns out to be some kind of cult, etc)

@@thevarietykid686 I'm not the one who wrote the story, so I wouldn't be able to say, and it has been a quite a while since I have listened to that particular story, so I can't remember much about it, but if I had to speculate, I'd probably say he was brought along by someone else and was about to pick up on the vibes, but either way, I'm just here to listen to interesting stories.

It’s amazing I used to get off the bus in 5th grade, run to my room and binge this guys videos. Now i’m in my 2nd year of college and I use Mr. Nightmare to fuel long drives and study sessions. Insane
It both annoys and scares me that people don’t close their blinds at night. I don’t want to look in on people and I don’t want people looking in at me
A little tip for everyone. In relation to the girl getting hacked and everything. The passwords that are the hardest for hackers to guess are a combination of words and letters, and also capital letters. So two or more words with capital letters on them and also numbers and you should use that for all your passwords. Even if they’re different passwords use that formula. But that’s most important to do on your home computer and also your work computer and your cell phone. And any other device that has personal information on it that you don’t want anyone else to get a hold of. The longer you make the words and the numbers the better. You can use birthdays and other stuff like that if you need to for the numbers, but it’s really not preferable.

You know good and well there's plenty of RUclipsrs that are famous, people know who they are even if they don't watch their channel. They're household names like Taylor Swift or whoever. I've never listened to her music but I know who she is. RUclipsrs don't have to go peddle toys, cosmetics, or slime to become a household name either. The point is, he has the 8 million subscribers but he doesn't have the popularity outside the horror community. It's probably because he hasn't sold his soul and branded himself but I respect him more for it.

The first story is crazy! I don't know what to make of it, but it is unsettling.
The first story sounds almost identical to a similar story found on Mr nightmare before. I remember there was this story of some guy who went with his so called "girlfriend" to a party and similarly to this video everyone gave him dirty looks and he felt out of place and in that story the janitor hinted for him to get out of there just like the guy did in this story. 2 theories, both involve human trafficking or cults or Mr nightmare makes these stories up

I love this channel so much! Selfishly I wish that your videos were a little bit longer but I still love the content! My brother went to Purdue and majored in Cybersecurity. He graduated last year. A lot of my family members also graduated from Purdue. Even at a relatively safe college like Purdue it’s important to never leave your backpack untended as someone can steal it.

11:03 I don't know if it's the same thing happening here, but back in my friend's hometown there was an almost similar thing that had happened, which led to tragedy.
So, many years ago before my friend moved to our town he lived in a pretty much quiet town. He went to a party at a house that was on the outskirts of the town, about 5 mins away from a forest area that was behind the house and about 15-20 mins away from the main town.
His three friends, his older sister (by a year), his gf and two of his friends' gfs went to this party, it was advertised on a Snapchat story by a random person who they didn't actually know.
They arrived at the party around 8pm (from what he can remember), they instantly got stared at but ignored it and instead went and got drinks from the kitchen. He described the music being like in a meditation room while high, whimsical but unworldly, something that wasn't very party vibes. People were dressed in either white or cream, there was not a single person but their group that wore jeans.
A little while later he went to the bathroom to wipe his shirt after spilling some beer on it, but on his way there he got bumped in the shoulder by a young woman, who forcefully passed him a note into his hand before continuing by.
The note said "You don't belong here, leave while you can."
He didn't know what that meant but went to tell the others, who all agreed it was weird and decided to leave, but they couldn't find his sister who went upstairs with a guy. They tried looking for her but couldn't find her anywhere, so rang her phone which went straight to voicemail (which was unusual for her, she would normally pick up straight away according to him) so they sent her a message that they were leaving and to please make sure to leave asap.
He said that he only then noticed that there were people who had either a green or red line on them, always on the left side of the neck, most had green lines with around 5-7 other people with red lines. He had pointed it out to the rest of their group, then one of them noticed that the only single guy in the group had a red line, he said that he had not long made out with a girl from the party while going to get a drink.
They all leave after there, hoping that his sister would leave soon after them and see her when she gets home. When he got back home with his gf after everyone else went home, his parents asked him where his sister is as she had left them a weird text then not answering her phone when they called her. She had texted the parents "Red means the end" which they were confused about, so he told them what happened at the party, his parents immediately called the police.
They found out that his sister had been unalived and.... eaten. The police raided the house, arrested some of the people who hadn't fled into the forest. And discovered that along with my friend's sister, there were roughly 16 other bodies in either pieces inside of two freezer boxes or lying on two tables in a locked room upstairs, this is where they found his sister and the almost 18th body, one of the other people who had a red line at the party (they were lucky enough to have survived but was hospitalised).
My friend couldn't go into too much detail of the whole reason because the police wouldn't disclose it, but he said "the party was to find food, I believe we were the food". He and his parents buried his sister's cremated ashes (after the police had done their investigation), then moved to our town shortly after. He said that the town has tried to cover it up as they don't want to make people afraid to live there, though many people were outraged by that and moved (if they could afford it) to other areas.
He has since been afraid to go to any parties, even birthday parties, because he was traumatised. He only told me what happened, when he was having panic attacks about visiting grandparents who lived near that house, this happened a couple of years ago and he is now getting help to somewhat get over the ordeal.
His gf moved in with him and his parents when they moved, because her parents tried to say that it wasn't a big deal and she was making a big fuss over a "petty crime" which is f**ked up to say, especially when she was best friends with his sister. She is also seeing a therapist and has slowly gotten through the ordeal.
I absolutely love these stories, this channel and the vibe to it. You're amazing ❤🎉

Last story the girl is being too lenient! Clearly Ben is a big part of the reason she is getting harassed because he started the interest by posting her basic information. Saying he would never hurt her!? He already has and put her at serious risk! He knew that’s what would happen when he posted the information. That was his intention. Whether he regrets it after the fact is irrelevant!
