Alright so which team is the greatest ever? DZ or TSM?
I don't think it can be a question anymore
It’s tough to say, I’d vote TSM for legacy and DZ current performance. Without match point though, I think it would be a bit different.

i think DZ is the better team on match point format. Even just looking at LAN results, TSM has won 2 pre-2020 LANS and 1 modern LAN, while DZ has now won 3 modern LANs.
(putting a big emphasis on MODERN since the LAN events at the beginning of the game were so different from how the game is now and provides little to no indication of a team's current skill)
I'm not even 10 minutes in and I'm LOCKED IN. I missed most of the lead up to LAN, so this is a great recap. You're the MVP for not just this video. But all your videos. The research, the clips, the analysis, and lastly the story telling

Honestly at this point i hope both teams get rolled in the finals
I want them both to lose out in losers bracket. That way, we can go into grand finals knowing we will have a new champion.

and coaches have a big part in it tsm with snipe was a era nobody talks about either, that made tsm look like all they do is yell when they was just frustrated, notice how tsm and dz started doing better when acquiring raven and zz ?

I think people forget that Sharky was, quite literally, picked up because DZ's old third was 'Too good of a fragger to be on Gibby', and they 'Needed a proper support player'. When the meta shifted, Sharky was made pretty redundant in their new team dynamic.
Their old 3rd (Templexx) was also an IGL who was good but didn’t have the greatest mechanics. They dropped him since they needed someone better and someone who can anchor.

Something that TSM and DZ improves their points harvest is the very early rotates to end zone and understanding of the rings. Im almost sure that is over 70% of their success .

Man, I had no idea about XSET trying to grief DZ in the last game after losing Sikezz. Absolutely tragic in hindsight that they knew the play but just couldn't get it done.

Yeah Zer0 having the height advantage forcing XSET to backup and then XSET just never really having a chance to capitalize on it was crazy. XSET almost pulled off back to back games griefing the match point teams

Definitely respect Zero as an IGL even more he has great judgment and how they handled being contested the whole time is impressive. The play to jump on aurora at ship fall is something I expect to see more of in the future as it did help force them to losers bracket.
