  • After only a short 800(ish) ft climb up Monarch Pass, turn left and rip! This trail is ROWDY. It felt like one giant rock garden that descends at flow trail speeds.
I could have cut this video shorter, but I wanted to showcase just how much downhill this trail delivers.

Do you think slash would be better for this trail ? I want to buy new remedy 8 or slash 8 . But i coulnt give desicion . What s your opinion ?

For this trail in particular, a Slash might hold a straight line a bit better. Those 29 inch wheels will smash through the chunk, but first you should find out if you like 29rs.
Based on the riding I do, I think I would stick with the Remedy, but I do find my curiosity wondering from time to time.
      Can you demo both?

@@DustyTrailsMTB No chance to demo them in here. I have scott genius 2016 27,5 . I ride my brothers bike slash 9.8 27,5 2015 . That was great. Now he will buy new slash . we have smilar trails which has some roughy and steep , techy descent. So i try to know which bike is comfortable and give more confidence . Thanks
