Apart from listening to the theory in practice, I felt as if I saw it with my own eyes.I hate working for the gov. because of this bad management system because you are a coward. Meried is really the GOAT . I worked at IE for two years when they were starting , when I left IE we were like 15 employees max . Meried was my immediate boss and my mentor.His troubleshooting skills are second to none , prbly the best in the industry . Most of us who were at IE from the get go now own our mini IT companies and to witness Meried reach the top levels n achieve his goals is really a blessing n inspiring . I studied business and have MBA degree a year ago. So, l have known all what he has talking about management and leadership. Moreover, I advice him to open a training center for those who are fresh undergraduate so as to make them better employees in this dynamic world as one single business institute. It only requires him few modifications to the way he governs the company and applies it in the country. He has every element that best leaders can ever have.
