BTW the Jameson Memorial station in Shinrarta Dezhra has every single ship, module and hardpoint including AX and at a discounted price too, No need to hop to multiple systems to do a full build!
@@CoMinderYT obviously a lot has changed recently, my comment was relevant back when I said months ago. I know they don't work in a system containing a Maelstrom, other systems seem ok.
Thanks, I didn't want to waste half my life grinding for some guardian or engineering modules... I just want to go to the Spire Sites but I can't. They kill me as soon as I get to the system with thargoid control
Very helpful thanks. What would you suggest for the larger fights. I'm just coming back to the game now, but I do have just about every ship from Krait up to Annaconda
I’d say Anaconda (video on a build currently being done) but with current invasion it’s tricky because Guardian tech is pretty much useless and we have not had the promised upgraded/expanded AX stuff yet. Anaconda has a hell of a rebuy price so that’s it’s main downside imo.
Why is everyone saying that Guardian Tech is useless now? It's only useless against the Maelstrom I thought. Yes, there are more Maelstroms coming but that means there will be plenty more non-maelstrom zones, too. Am I missing something?
No your correct for now but a lot of players feel a new weapon grind is in the cards, best guess is the invaded areas will end up like HIP22460 and so Guardian tech is useless so for newer players spending hours grinding for tech that is in the process of being useless might not be the best use of their time.
@@PJsprojects I just finished my guardian tech grind.....gosh dangit. No offense bruh, but I hope youre wrong about that prediction. Thanks for the great vid!
so have they changed the difficulty of thargoids?, when they first came out you could solo interceptor pretty easily with a chieftain or a krait mkII with standard ax weaponry
This is a good video but man every video talks about how the chieftain gets overlooked yet it's the only thing I ever see doing ax combat and it's the ship that I was always told to buy on my come up. Obviously everybody runs the krait Mark II or the phantom but that's just because people see bigger numbers and go oooooooooh not realizing that a chieftain can literally run circles around it while sipping tea.
@@PJsprojects Very true this is why the krait costs more in the end, but I build very specialized ships anyways so it doesn't really matter to me if that makes sense.
Spend almost 200m to go hunt baby thargoids for 80k bounties? That's all kinds of wasted time. I don't think I'd want to spend my time doing that even if the ship was free, even as a newer player.
R.I.P EDDB
Thank you, this is exactly what i needed..cant fault you man

Lol 😂
If they're not Elite in anything yet, so does I Sola Prospect in the Brestla system.
@@PetesCreativeRecycling Ah yeah forgot you had to be Elite for the permit, been a long time 😅
So this build is really only for the smaller thargoids, not the bigger ones.
Nope not a chance, I expect a new grind for new weapons will engine soon because Guardian tech is going to be useless soon.
I agree, definitely scouts only!
@@eliteengineerdaz this is the best we got because of the recent events guardian tech no longer works against thargs

Yeah part of the games problem is content being locked away with endless grinds, very annoying imo.

Nothing has been mentioned by the devs about a buff, only new Thargoid variants have Ben added.
A lot comes down to pilot skill level.

It’s a good ship, good hull, tighter turn that Krait but could do with more module slots. The Krait is more flexible with its module amount.

why isn't there a Coriolis link?
The whole build is in the video so don’t see the need tbh.
