Chapter 5 - Losing Kieran

My good friend Harry and I sat down to talk about Mental Health. We covered a number of topics and Harry asked me about my own experiences, including attempting the 3 Peaks Challenge, my career at ServiceNow and losing my brother to suicide. It was a great conversation and we hope to break down the stigma of Mental Health and encourage others to talk as well.
This is Chapter 5, and this one was tough. I talk about the moments leading up to Kieran's death in this chapter. Some of you may find this conversation upsetting.
