Again that was absolutely BRILLIANT. This podcast has it ALL. Paul could be an ambassador towards knife crime to drop the knifes. If people can’t take advice from a man like Paul Ferris then there’s no hope . His honesty in this podcast showed not only he knows what journey his life took him but also accepts the consequences that came with it.
Big shoutout to Shaun and his amazing princess for bringing us these True crime podcasts.
Being brought up in Cranhill in Glasgow although not involved it was Daily news about Paul Ferris supposedly doing this and doing that as he mentions near the end of the pod. Also the ice cream wars I’ll never forget that fire in Ruchazie where tragically the Doyle family was mostly wiped out. Those memories will never ever leave me as long as I live.
P.s 2 hrs 39 mins and only 4 short adverts, superb stuff as there’s nothing worse when enjoying a podcast with adverts every 5 mins.
Again, great podcast both of you and good luck and wish you both all the success. ✌️✌️✌️

Paul is so genuine and actually a decent man forced to be "bad" to survive the situations he had happen in his life. He made some bad choices- who hasn't? I wish him a happy New year every new year and he does the same back. The reason I do that is because I genuinely wish that he has a good and happy life now, he's done his fighting and shouldn't have to struggle any more, all he needs is to be left in peace.

Paul has done a lot of bad stuff in his life but ppl forget about how bad his childhood was, it really was a battle not to get into trouble, of course he went further than anyone needed to but I love his honesty , it would of been so easy for him just to go back to crime a long time again as the police have constantly tried to mess his life up and stop him from moving on . I also know that Paul helped a hell of a lot of ppl .
If governments etc truly really want to help young kids from deprived areas stay out of trouble there’s your man to go and talk to them, of course they don’t want ppl rehabilitated they don’t want ppl to move on because the more they can highlight someone like Paul’s wrongdoings the more it keeps the story away from all the shit they are doing . So personally I have a lot of respect for Paul and for anyone who changes there ways , I was always taught by my very Catholic gran to give chances and her saying if I said I gave that person a chance and they wronged me again was who are you to judge how many chances they should get , how many mistakes have you made and ghe lord forgives you. Now of course she wasn’t silly it doesn’t mean let someone constantly wrong you but there isn’t a particular number of chances and that’s it , some ppl make two mistakes and learn others many more but if they show true genuine signs of learning , help them .

I have to say Shaun without knowing loads about you I judged you, I watched a lot of James podcasts and you too had your differences but I’ve enjoyed watching your stuff for a bit how and like I said about Paul is same for you , it’s nice to see someone who has turned there life round and is trying to do the right things.
No idea what the relationship is with you and James now , I hope it’s better but at very least at least you’s aren’t arguing constantly . Not that it will mean much to you as I don’t really know you but I shouldn’t judge ppl so apologies for that
