I think Sony and Kadakawa made a deal as the stocks were going sky high due to all the leaks of the buyout.. so Sony said " hey we're gonna fully buy you out, but these leaks caused instabilities, So allow us to buy only 10%, let it normalize back and we'll fully buy you out in 6 months or a year. I am not an Economist and maybe I sound dumb... but if I'm not Dumb and you're a trader or something, I'd like to hear your theory.
I really don't want to play the "I'm never wrong" card, that's dangerous and disingenuous. I'm always open to be proven wrong, but with numbers, facts, and financial reports, or economists calling me dumb when I misunderstand a business deal.. At this point u have to go route of putting some last gen games at start of new gen, as long as sport games,live services still on ps4 people wont upgrade. Sony cant get rid of that cuz theres money on transactions still there. First time in gaming history were the game developers are holding next gen back.

Geralt can be a sensei & recruit new witcher & we the player can just make our own witcher character.
