I LOVE Italian Wedding Soup! I've never had it with an egg in it. That really puts kind of an Asian twist on it. 🤔 There's nothing more satisfying than working a ground beef mixture by hand. Almost therapeutic! 🙂 That looked delicious! 😋 I've got a cooking video coming out today, too. Nothing quite as healthy as this, though. 🤣😁❤️
I love that you are cooking is it the one with Chef as your sidekick? It was great. and this soup was a staple in our house before all that Italian meals. We all asked for it and the kids named it Little Meatball soup.

I didn’t see them triple wash it so I wash it again! Great “Pro tip” using the wine/water to roll your meatballs. Let me get back to your video……can’t wait to see your finished soup!
