Love patty melts. My best friend was Italian and we went on a road trip at 18 to meet her Dad and he ordered them for all of us. After that I ordered them whenever I went to a diner.

Doesn’t a patty melt have grilled onions?

For the grease, I like to line a coffee mug with a small piece of aluminum foil and pour it in there. Once it's solid you can remove the foil, wad it up and toss in the trash with nothing extra to wash or clean up after.

Gotta be rye bread (WITH caraway seeds)!! Otherwise it's just a grilled cheese pretending to be a cheeseburger.

That's a shame that the plants died, but dinner looked delicious! 🤤 Mrs. Goblin and I recently started a Mediterranean diet, and we are really enjoying it so far. Lots of seafood and veggies and spices that we've never used before. 🤤😁 I do most of the cooking AND all of the cleanup...but that was the agreement. I could retire if I agreed to become Mrs. Goblin's personal chef and housekeeper, and I'm fine with that! 🤣😁❤️

It's been pretty hot here in West Virginia, but nothing like you guys have been having. We've got a little over a month left here. Don't know our next destination yet. Tom, I hope your blood sugar gets back in line and starts behaving. Mrs. Goblin and I both LOVE bok choy! Never had it like that. 🤔 We usually steam or saute it with some soy sauce. The burgers looked yummy! 🤤😁❤️Green apple and bok choy sounds good!

I think people would be surprised to learn that you all practice doing your intro and outro. That's why it comes off as very professional😅😅😅

One of the drawbacks we've discovered with our traveling is that we encounter different allergens than we are used to. We are also finding that as we get older, we are becoming more sensitive to certain things. Mrs. Goblin has become allergic to certain trees when they are blooming, and I'm now sensitive to dandelions and things like that when they blow in the wind. I also feel like this was a particularly harsh spring for pollen. But I'm glad you guys are back and feeling better! 😁❤️

Oh, that looked GOOD! Love the queso fresco in it! 🤤 I've always had an obsession with food. I started helping my Mom in the kitchen when I was 5, maybe even younger. It all started at Thanksgiving. I would have to tear the bread into little pieces for the stuffing. That's when I realized cooking was fun! 😁❤️
