That bath scene between Jaime and Brienne is my favorite scene in all the seasons of GoT. I remember first seeing it and my brain doing a 180 turn on how I feel about Jaime's character.
Yep. He finally shows Brienne the person no one else outside his family knows. He’s basically spent his life since the incident where he killed the king (when he was only a teenager) being the “kingslayer” character everyone has mythologized him as.
That was an excellent scene and acting! What a stark (pun intended 😜) shift from Brienne not wanting him in the same tub, to then her feeling for him (as we all do) 🔥
& exactly this, so unexpected! In a very GOT manner
My favourite episode in whole series and fav scene
The Jamie scene in the tub is still my favorite scene in the entire show. It was precisely when I went from liking the show to being in love with the show and became obsessed with understanding the world.
By what right does the Wolf judge the Lion? Jaime, my name is Jaime
Agreed! That scene made us reflect on our initial opinions of Jamie! We are loving the GOT character development. Second to none!
After everything Jamie confessed to Brienne in the tub, she still called him King Slayer as he collapsed into her arms 😂
Just in time for my lunch break! Good episode too...
We learn the kingslayer actually responsible for saving a half million men, women and children from burning alive! Also I took him not taking the milk of the poppy because he wanted to be punished. He wanted to feel the pain. Maybe prove he is still a strong man 🤷♂️ though. ❤
Honorable 👀 we are starting to see him in a different light now… a more positive one.. at that.
I think they're starting to see that the characters in this show are like no other. Some have good traits as well as bad traits not like other shows where people are evil villains or the hero.
@@jrovel07 Gray characters. Not just black or white, as they say. Very 'gray'.
I'm loving your reaction to the series. As Old Nan told Bran in season 2: "Oh, my sweet summer child, what do you know of fear?
Fear is for the winter, my little lord" At first your predictions were so pure and expecting such great things, and now you're starting to see some of the plotting and politics that drive people's motives and starting to question everyone's motives.
Great timing I’ve been waiting for you 😂 glad you’re enjoying it
We are LOVING season 3 🔥🔥🔥
@@SandGReactions yes it’s a great season one of my favorite s
I only just started your season two reactions, but I am up voting and commenting for engagement since you just posted.
Thanks for the love, we hope you’ll stick around 🔥🔥
George creates such wonderful, fascinating characters. I’d like to think Ned would have understood Jaime’s actions if he knew the full story, having said that Ned really was traumatised by what he saw in Kings Landing, not just what Tywins forces had done in sacking the city but also what had been done to the Targaryen children on Tywins command. I doubt Ned was thinking straight when he saw Jaime in the throne room.
Agreed! Context is everything
This is one of my favorites in all Game of Thrones. So many good ones. I love the ending scene most of all. Jaime and Brienne is pretty damned good too.
This season has been 🔥 so far! Can’t wait for the next episode !
Crazy scene at the end with Tywin forcing Cersei to marry when she was laughing at Tyrion lol
Oh yaaa. That was great to watch Cersei receive karma in real time! 😂😂😂
You look great with the beard my friend. Very demure.
ROFL
😂 Thank you! That comment is very demure!
@@SandGReactions Mindful even. LOL
@@TengAi21 Very modest 🤣

fav characters Danny, Davos, Aemon, Sam, Jon
hated characters Joffry, Cersei, Sansa, Waldo Frey, Bran
Shireen, Buenas Noches Figuras Su name es, Princess Shireen Baratheon, her is a sweet child, like the wild Osha, another charming woman with more Honor than many knights of the Kingdom ♥❄&🔥´♬, Thank goodness the people don't call Brieene Kingkiller (by Renly) Jaime knows well what it's like to carry that stone on his back
¡Buenas Noches! Gracias por el nombre de la princesa. Agreed on the note about Brienne!
Hey guys! great reaction to what (IMO) is 1 of the cornerstone episodes of the series. With at least 14 conversations between individuals loaded with info....plans...choices. Some are very obvious, some less obvious. Perhaps my 2 of favorites are Ayra - Beric (asking about the possibility of bringing Ned back) and Davos - Shireen. Not necessarily key info, but expose some tenderness/good feels in a series full of chaos and agendas. Thanks for the insight of your thoughts about characters in the preview. Understanding/hearing where your mind is at, as viewers, it increases the anticipation in your reaction as you continue. Hearing now the revelation Jamie gave to Brienne... provides the backstory to "King slayer"...however he has done many terrible things since (why everyone disliked him to begin with). Question for you and/or the chat...Based on what you know at this point, do you think his actions are driven as a result of the branding and redeemable, or is he at his core a true Lannister with all that entails? Have to love a simple straightforward character/series, not complex at all...lol. Hope your well and you have a great weekend. See you Wed.
I believe Stannis' wife is a religious nut. +++ You've heard of Thoros of Myr and Beric Dondarion before. Ned sent One-eyed Beric in season 1 to kill The Mountain. Thoros of Myr is the red head priest who they said was the first one to enter the capital of the Iron Islands (Pyke) back when Ned led the 7 kingdoms to punish Theon's people just after Robert became king. He rushed in with his flaming sword, just like Beric just now. +++ Jamie is Gray. Think about all he has done. Would you have done differently?
Ya Stannis's wife is in too deep 😂.
Thanks for the clarification on Thoros and Beric.
In regards to Jamie's revelations to Brienne in the tub, it has really made us reflect on our initial judgments of him. Jamie made a sacrifice for the greater good and that is something that can't be denied! #FACTS
Man, y'all cut out the best line in the entire series
