It will only work with hp laptop charger.because there is a centre pin in every charger that identify charger.it will not work with Dell or any other charger only work with hp adapter or chargers 19v 4 amps
Mine has strange problem every time i open the case after that it dies like this and doesn't turn on until i reset cmos, i am wondering what happened that it needs to reset
Try replacing the cmos battery, take it out for 30 seconds with power cord unplugged. Replace the cr2032 battery, use the cmos clear button and it might power back on. I bought one in this state and that was the fix. (I know this is quite an old video though so you probably fixed it by now or binned it).

Tommorow I turned off my HP and then on. Same situation... Only one LED green diode blinked (near to CR2032 battery).

@@GazahSCD I had two HP400. In one it was a damaged resistor 2,2Ohm (2R2) near to RICHTEK RT6575.
