You have to take out the bigger baby a few hours when you can so that they may feed the tiny baby ? I've never had this happen but talking to my mentors and reaching out to other pigeon flyers this is what is always recommended

When he is feeding the babies you can hide the big baby then he will feed the small one . After feeding the small one properly you can place the big baby. You have to do this patiently. This is a big problem for breeders. I also have to face it. And my trick works properly everytime. And before giving eggs and make pairs you should give them calcium , vitamins . It will help the egg .

Oh... I always replace the 1st egg with a dummy egg until the 2nd egg is laid. That way the babies hatch minutes apart. That normally happens if the 2nd egg hatches a day later. LOL.. that's just me but atleast both babies have an equal chance for survival.
Feed him by yourself at least once a day. When parents want to feed their babies, take away the healthy one for about one hour or so. Let them feed the weak one first then you put the other one back.
Bro... If that baby is still alive then it has fighting spirit. If the parents are feeding solids then... try feeding some of the formula you raise baby parrots with and multi vitamins from your little one. (if it is not too much trouble for you. Otherwise do something. I never do the cruel thing but sometimes... its needed rather then letting it suffer. Well other than that your young ones look good. Good luck.
