I love this video. So comforting and a confirmation for me. I am in a similar situation where I had a panic attack a couple months ago where I developed insomnia/anxiety and have been working on recovery with the help of these videos from Shaan. I too was of the mindset that I could get out of this quickly but am realizing it’s a daily process not an overnight process. I am confident I will come out of this ok

I had same symptoms too. And the left eye thing was me too! My anxiety started in September 2022. It was a stressful year for me too. I’m immunocompromised as well. When I look back, before anxiety, I was so irritable, tons of caffeine and hard time sleeping. I couldn’t believe either that I was experiencing anxiety.

Wow I don't fucking believe this. My issue started literally in October 20th in the middle of the night too at 3 AM. Woke up suddenly and started getting weird sensations all over my body, i couldn't even understand/describe it at the time. It was a mix of high energy and jitteriness and nervousness all at the same time. I almost felt like i was going to jump out of my body.

  • @ivannovoselac3518

What do you think about that even when we once get out of cycle the underlying problem remains. Moust of us i think are sensitive personality type and prone to worry and stress. How can we change that? I was in cycle on and off for 10 years. How to avoid relapses because we can't change our personality?

You can change how your approach in life, and let go of everything that unproductive thinking, worrying, stressing habit that kept you in sensitized state.

I thought that too, I identified myself as a worrier person or anxiety person but the truth is not. All people are the same what makes us all different is how we approach and perceived life.

If I can re-start my recovery journey I will only follow Paul David in his approach and Shaan Kassam for the explanation of the symptoms. That combo is all you need. But if you have money I can say Shaan Kassam is the best coach among all of the Anxiety Coach. Lucky for those who have money to afford the mentorship I wish I have money I know I can be recovered faster.

@@byebyepanic Ok. Ill just ask here I guess, in one of your older videos like a year ago, you mentioned that recovery is possible but not to 100% and that you don't go back to how you felt before the anxiety cycle. I'm confused, because then you say later in that video that you actually feel better and are way better after recovery. How is it possible that you cant fully recover to 100% but then also be better that your "100% old self"? Thank you

Is it harder to get out of the cycle the longer you have had anxiety? As in does it take longer to desensitize yourself... this says sami started the cycle in October... only a few months ago. Don't get me wrong super happy for her of course 🥰 just wondering for those of us who have been stuck for YEARS ... do you see improvements in the same amount of time as those who've had it for a shorter period? 🙏🩷

ive been stuck in the cycle all my life. Since I was in middle school, i remember even having it back in elementary school. I am 28 now and ive been implementing the steps for 3 months now and most of my symptoms are gone. i was scared of people because of my panic attacks whenever i made contact with anybody(social phobia) , and i feel so normal now. I even look forward to my next party, get together now.
