my man Shaan, thank you for everything. - Thanks to you i was able to take my first bicycle trip today since my first panic attack. And overall feeling much better. (still alive too woohoo) altough almost all my symptoms have gotten better im still very puzzled by what exactly causes my last ones, since im no longer anxious in any way.
    - Random breathlessnesss (still persist a bit)
    - Pulsating tinitus (less extreme now)
    - Sudden sharp breath when about to fall alseep (still persist a little bit)
    - Random loud tinititus that comes and go (gone woohoo)
    - Constant tinitus in the night (gone)
    - Panic attacks (gone)
    - Constantly picturing the worst (gone)
    - OCD (gone)
    - Insomnia (gone)
    - Waking up with numb hands wtf? (been about 6 days now)
    - Chest pain (yes.. but convinced it's just muscles even though it feels very much like heart sometimes, whatever)
    - Hallucations upon waking up (gone with the insomnia)
    - Sudden extreme dizziness (gone)
    - Chronic dizziness (gone)
    - Forgetting to breath when drifting of to sleep (gone)
    - Sudden gasping for air randomly during the day (gone)
    - Strange numbness in face (gone)
    - Sudden flickering of my vision (gone)
    - Sudden jerks that wakes me up when about to falling asleep (gone)
    - Sudden jerks even when awake (gone)
    - Extreme discomfort for some reason when laying down trying to sleep (gone)
    - Doubting my own sanity (gone)
... Shit this is just what i got on top of my head.. the list goes on.
    edit:
    Sleep paralasys (gone)
    lava feeling in throat (gone)
    tight chest and throat (gone)
feeling like people in the supermarked sometimes have really strange and creepy faces lol (gone)

@@jimbossii it's interesting you also wake up to it, i had that happen to me a couple of times aswell
altought that part seems to be gone now that i feel better.
It's really only when im on that very drifty stage now. and it sucks because its a nice stage haha :) but yea i dont think its so bad.
I feared sleep apnea, but i realized you can go up to like 40 seconds without breathing before its even a apnea, and some have these many times per hour. and for normal people its common to have up to 5 of those per hour.
I dont think we need to worry about it :)

It has been a week since I felt my nervous system went from sympathetic to parasympathetic, and I hope it remains like that. All those thoughts I had were all absolutely bullshit. The moment I started not engaging with them, those were the moments I started noticing improvement progressively, then suddenly I woke up calmed physically and mentally calmed.
I know what caused my anxiety in the first place though as I also worked with a therapist to resolve some problems and feelings.

2024 was hell for me! In August, I had a bad case of acid reflux, which spiraled me back to panic attacks, and I ended up getting diagnosed with hypertension, which fueled the demon! Turns out I'm not hypertense, and now January 2025, I find myself at war with this demon again, but on my thoughts!! I get a palpation on the left side of my above my ear that comes and goes !! And being a new thing, my mind goes full throttle 😢😢

Don't laugh, but this channel gives you the freedom to taylor it to your own individual outline. I ended up with the answer to help my thoughts that lead to the i can't control any of this, i brought in the trix rabbit and now i use the self talk that is suppose to help and become the Trix rabbit and see the bunny say, Silly person, tricks are for kids and then i start laughing at myself for being 72 and trying to answer the brain who wants to invade and tell me danger, danger danger. So far, so good...

My biggest issue with all of this is that I feel like I know what’s going on, but my mind always goes back to thinking about anxiety and the way I feel, trying to problem-solve, obsessing about getting better, etc. It really frustrates me because I feel like I understand the knowledge about anxiety on a very deep level, but I cannot overcome the last hurdle of ruminating and worrying. The worst part is that it has made me feel so mentally exhausted. I still live my life, work, and so on, but going into work every morning and feeling like I can't endure it is so hard, even though my job at the moment isn't stressful. Does anyone have any suggestions regarding the rumination and mental exhaustion I feel? Should I continue to work or take some time off to recover (which I feel like might be avoidance)? I just feel so drained.

I still battle rumination and depression everyday. But when l see you're videos on what anxiety actually is doing rather than the discomfort it's reassuring. Also, l have a question. Is it possible to crave that anxiety feeling? Because lately l feel slow and anxiety gives a feeling regardless how bad.
