Did you mention whether this is MGE or Wheel commander according rumors or inside knowledge? Usually leadership/Conquering and Garrison commander's are from MGE. I'd love to have hom but if it's from MGE I'd bet I get I once it comes to daily chests or something.
A Constantine in front of him in garrison is probably ver good, since Constantine gets a 40 skill damage reduction while shielded, and the current meta consists of high skill damage.
It is confirmed that Heraclius' mighty shield can stack with regular shields. The regular shield takes the damage first then if it breaks mighty shield will take the damage.

In my opinion Sargon and Heraclius won't pair well for open field, simply because they lack march speed. March speed is so crucial in the open field, especially for Sargon who needs to be able to stick to his target to dish out damage.
Keep in mind he does not have any march speed where honda has 20%. It don t matter for guarrison. But if you want to use him for field especially if paired with infantry there gonna be painfull slow
I think putting Alex in front of Heraclius can be a good pair bc of the march speed Alex provides and the tankiness from Heraclius only problem is that Alex gets targeted. I would like to see some testing to see if that works and get my Alex off the bench.
It’s been rumored for awhile that more museum buffs could be coming and that Alex is a commander that could be included. If that’s true then Alex paired with Heraclius could be one of the strongest pairings in the game potentially.

i would say Heraclius would be the best defence for your city pair with YSS .He is so versatile commander you can use him with inf cav arc leadership commanders ,plus open field, plus garrison city, structures ,ARK .as you said speed is his downside .we need to test him though.nice video bro

Mighty shield will be the new meta for KVK and AOO, and I'm expecting the Scola's Lucky Coin will become more useable item bcoz it gives regular shield. Pairing Heraclius as second commander with other Infantry commanders that uses regular shield will bring the tide of the game to the next level.
How large or small is Heraclius' AoE circle I wonder? Im right now running 2 inf marches and I I love 3 of the commanders. I have all the inf commanders except Tariq and CJ and no Honda. Right now I have guan/leo/alex whatever and Sargon/Scipio For my next commander im considering either between Trajan (currently 5411) or Heraclius and Im not sure what to pick. In KVK I will run 6 marches. Usually pakal/harald or att/tk which I dont love as much as the others. I would probably do Guan/Scipio and Saron/Hera or Guan/Sargon and Trajan/Scipio My other marches are nevsky/joan XY/william Boudica/YSG So trajans buff wouldnt be wasted but Im still intrigued with Hera. I have seen a couple of people tell me Hera wont be good but I have a sneaky feeling he will be like Honda where everyone says he is really bad...then you see him everywhere in the field.
I'm not sure about Sargon pairing with full infantry because it takes away that 20% extra normal attack damage. That's just too much stats to be leaving out.

For mix troops, does it matter what the mixed ratio is? Is having one troop for each enough with focus on one type or does it have to be 33% equal split?
1 troop of each would only survive 1 round of combat, then you would lose the buff, you those troops to be alive for the buff to work so you will need a few thousand at least

As usual, garrison commanders are meant to be in garrison. Not open field. His pairs should be garrison commanders, for garrison purposes. For open field there are many other better options.
@@bogdandimi two issues with your argument. 1: you shouldn’t be getting your city rallied in the first place, if you are, you either positioned you city in a bad spot, or you somehow pissed off an entire alliance, which is your own fault. 2: the idea of garrison commanders being used for exclusively garrison is stupid, you do realize that their are multiple garrison commanders that are primarily used as open field right? (Sun tzu, ysg, Charles Martel, Richard 1, ect ect). I mean hell, sun tzu is considered META for open field murder balls in kvk season 1, and sometimes even season 2.

They should just change the Integration tree to Engineering. Hardly no one uses Integration they just do Gathering or Peacekeeping. Just auto reset peoples skills and reset all integration commanders. Then everyone will already have commanders capable of Ranged combat

Provided you always has shield, if you dont have shield, this could be extend as long as 14~15s. Honda, as secondary, always has 200 DF x3s, cooldown of 5s. Which basically proc every 6 - 7s depend on who you pair with. Honda has much more reliable damage than Heraclius in this sense if you are comparing who can dish out more damage as secondary commander.

Guan Heraclius will be so good. Heraclius' third skill guarantees he will get Guan's expertise bonus skill damage.
I talk about this pair later in the video and discuss why I don't think I'll use it. We'll see though! :)
