They need maybe a small treatment about every 6 months .They may have stomach and heart worms which cause severe health problems if you do not have those words killed and expose from the ani.als . Having live in America am surprise. Google dogs and different kind of worms they could possible have and treatment needed. Have hope that your sick dog does not have any heart worms which usually kill the dogs with very short lives.
