I don't normally like to judge people by their looks, but she literally wants people to judge her by her looks. So I'll say this - she is only averagely pretty, her expression is vapid, & no plastic surgery is going to change that. Her "friend" on the other hand is gorgeous & glows with personality. Out of the 2, i would be willing to bet that her friend gets more genuine attention than she does.

I love the option of cosmetic procedures but to be 19 with this many procedures is mind blowing. I don’t understand why a parent would spend that much money.
She can easily get a shelf butt if she did weight lifting. If you do glute focused weight lifting itll tone that area up and make it look more like a shelf. I was born with a huge butt and doing glute focus weight lifting workouts as made it look more toned and shelf like.

I think Dr. Debrow is trying to give himself the Prince Charming look. Yikes. And I'm sure he pretended to care for this episode, and then they did the procedure off camera and got the cash. he doesn't care about anyone's health nor his own. CLEARLY!
