I had a very tiny butt, but I decided to hit the gym two years after, I have a great butt, there is one thing women don't realise, our body can be modify naturally but time, dedication and hard work should be put in.
I think a tiny but is much more figure flattering on a lady than these big giant scary looking abnormal things that some aspire to. It’s already going out of style I’m so glad for that & the more slim streamlined look will be in .

As a woman, I remember in the 2000s we were taught to pretty much starve ourselves to be beautiful. I couldn't walk into a Walmart without needing a jacket and didn't have a period for 6 months at a time. Now women are having fat embolisms from BBLs and dying. There is no winning with body trends. Take care of your body for your own sake, don't risk your health and life for some lie fed to you by a magazine or Instagram.

I used to want a bunch of different cosmetic surgeries when I was a teenager, nose job, lips, etc. I'm 35 now and I am soooooooo glad I didn't do any of those ridiculous things I wanted.

There needs to be a legal warning required before the surgeries are done. People are paying thousands of dollars and risking their lives for this. This is terrible and needs to be more publicly shared.

Write a note before going to the surgeon to ask. "What are the risks if I don't do this? What are they if I do? How common are those outcomes?"

I remember when I first saw Natasha on "Hooked on the look" a year ago and she said she wanted to biggest butt in the world. It initially showed her before any surgery and she was beautiful but the surgeries made her look like she was blown up like a balloon and not just her butt, her entire body. She's actually bigger than I last saw her.

Yeah. On the Hooked on the Look clips that I saw, she said she was 5 BBLs in and going for her sixth. Based on her fillers and butt size here, I feel like this was probably 3-4 BBLs in and waaaay less filler in her lips and face.

Why don’t people just do squats, dead lifts, hip thrusters, lunges, step-ups, etc.??? I naturally have a pretty flat butt but with the right diet and glute exercises, I’m happy with the results. Trust me these exercises work! It just takes patience and consistency
I had the greatest butt when I did that! From completely, Plains Native little butt (calm down, that’s my ethnicity). Time to start again.

You are right. The only down side is that you have to keep doing these heavy exercises your whole life. I have done these workouts also twice a week and my butt was good, full and quite big. Problem now i'm 56 and the heavy exercises are giving me a lot of pain so i can't do them anymore or with less heavy weight. So my butt is flat again like in the beginning also because of the meno pause. My muscles are shrinking and everything is now half the volume as it was in my prime time. It's ok i don't mind very much anymore and exercise now for my health and pleasure not for sculpting my body.

This is crazy to me. As a person who has undergone life threatening surgeries that are not cosmetic. I would never volunteer for this type of elective torture. It just boggles my mind. Every time I am faced with another surgery I can’t avoid that I have to endure, It’s detrimental to me emotionally and a huge issue. These people just don’t understand the risks or just don’t care.

I used to work in the OR. U would be amaze of how many people chose elective c sections. Havimg a c section is MAJOR surgery.
Me too! I had a post op infection after necessary surgery. Now I have to have a lumpectomy and am offered a free reduction & lift, which should be "yay" but am terrified to do it but need the lumpectomy either way.. ugh. These ladies are choosing dangerous, elective, expensive surgery!

Oooooh, Natasha's story 😭 How little research do you have to do to not only not know how deadly the surgery is (or, rather, to think the most deadly surgery is the most SAFE surgery) but to also then learn it's the most dangerous and not care. It makes me worried about her psychological health and how shady her previous surgeons must have been. (I do think it's possible, though, that she just blocked out the bad info to continue her unusual beauty crusade)
There’s like 1 to 2 deaths for every 6000 surgeries. About 40,000 bbls in 2020. So that translates to about 7 to 13 deaths. It is higher than other cosmetic procedures but it’s hardly a death sentence as long as you get an experienced surgeon.

Omg this is so scary and heartbreaking! I got breast implants about 14 years ago, never had any issues, I really enjoyed having them all these years, but I want to get rid of them now! Same surgeon did a mini BBL about 2 yrs. after my breasts. And I say mini because I was tiny to begin with (around 100 lbs.) I actually had to gain weight, because that was going to be the "fat" to be transferred to my tiny tiny butt...lol. months later, I came back to get my BBL. Thank god everything was fine with both surgeries, anesthesia and recovery. My bbl looked really nice and natural because there wasn't enough fat to be transferred yet because of my small frame you could see a difference, and scars healed so well and you could barely see them, so I was very happy with the results. Never had any issued with bbl either, but happier now years that I naturally gained 20 lbs. eating healthy and exercise, and my butt looks better than ever! took me a while but i finally have the butt that I always wanted, mostly with exercise. But seeing this makes me so sad that some procedures can go so wrong! :( I thank god that everything turned out well for me. I remember going back to the Dr, saying that I wanted to get botox...lol..thank god he said: I'm telling you as a friend: NO. you don't need it yet! At that time I was 30 something, He was very professional. I am glad I listened to him. I am now 42 and do not feel the need to do anything to my face! Do I sometimes wish I had nicer fuller lips?? YESSSS, Do I wish I didn't have the little wrinkles around my eyes that are obviously visible now that I smile?? YESS. Do i wish i had a prettier, cuter nose?? YESSS. but I also think about the risks!! I decided to just embrace and accept that I am getting old, it is a natural thing that we are all going to go through, no need to impress ANYBODY! as long as you are happy with yourself, accept yourself, I think you are winning! Good luck ladies if you decide to get a procedure done, do your research with experienced Drs, please!! but really, really think about it before getting anything done! think about WHY you are doing it and if it's worth the risk..and think about long term also. how are you going to look after 10, 20 yrs. from now, etc? ask yourself all these questions carefully! - Blessings everyone!

My measurements were 34-28-44. I worked out regularly but I spent the entire 90's hiding under big shirts and shirts tied around my waist. Big butts were not in style and even though I was 5'6" 142lbs I was not the style. I used to get cute tops from the trendy stores but get my Lee jeans from Sears and JC Penney.
I still feel that way today and don't get the big booty craze. I always wanted one of those cute little booty's that could wear Von Dutch, True Religion and Abercrombie jeans 😭

I have watched this show the odd time. One thing that always amazed me is people bringing friends or family into the exam room with them. What is really sad is these women are all really beautiful and got convinced to have something done that was not even necessary. Anytime you introduce something being put into your body, you run the risk of infection. And going under anethesia for something you dont need is risky. Some people have unexpected reactions to the anethesia and dont wake up. Why take all those unnecessary risks when you were already beautiful? These women dont need plastic surgury, they need therapists to help them love themselves.
