You guys did good work here. I was looking for a comparison between the Ego and Milwaukee.
One thing you need to mention is price verses performance... Ego is the most expensive and the battery and charger...cost almost the same as the blower.
Look the ego is 56v and dewalt is 40v and the Milwaukee is 18v

You are letting the one build up power before you blow on the box, where as the others you start them pointing at the box.

Underrated but valid comment.
I made the decision to focus on one battery system, then selected my tools around that system. Chain saw, blower, string trimmer, hedge trimmer, drill, impact tool, and a long list of “wish” tools for the future.
No one brand will have then best tool in each category.
Try to pick a brand you feel can do good in all categories.
Anyways, thats my opinion.

Paul Bancherau Milwaukee has them all beat on toughness and superior battery power and technology.
Only good thing I can say about my having the Milwaukee blower is I got it free, cuz home depot ran a special that if you bought the trimmer w/ battery, which is an okay trimmer, you get your choice of a blower or hedge trimmer free. I don't even have hedges and I wish I got the hedge trimmer instead. Seriously considering the EGO cuz the Milwaukee can't move wet leaves and I hate dragging around a cord.
No battery powered blower will move wet leaves, need a proper backpack blower for that

EGO 530 CFM with 2.5 aH Battery and charger (shown in this video) is $199.
ego now has a 575 cfm leaf blower and a 600 cfm backpack blower that really blows,,,,just to let you know,,,ok

So how's it working?
Lithium Man it’s amazing! I have tried many petrol leaf blowers over the years and the Ego 575 cfm blower is just incredible in comparison. I didn’t realise that it would push my arm back so much 😁 it’s just as powerful (maybe more) as a petrol blower of its size. I would recommend using the 5ah battery or bigger as the high power requires a lot of energy but you don’t need to be on the max as even in low power mode it still blows!!!
Overall I’m more than impressed and i would recommend this blower to anyone
Great I'm going back & forth between the 575cfm & the 600cfm backpack blower. I do a commercial property so a backpack is ideal but the 600cfm doesn't have trigger lock.
Those egos are powerful but are they gonna last 3 or 4 years like the Dewalt or milwaukee

Thanks for doing this test guys! We have sold the EGO equipment for a couple years now and get a lot of positive reviews from home owners. For commercial use your going to need the bigger batteries. In this video EGO has a 2.5 aH battery, but they make a 5.0 aH and 7.5 aH battery for longer life. The 2.5 aH battery will run a string trimmer for over an hour, chain saw for 100 cuts of 4" diameter material or hedge trimmer for nearly an hour. The blowers the time will vary with the settings.

What is the cfm on the ego??
The one in the video is 530 CFM with a 2.5 aH Battery. EGO also makes a 575 CFM with a 5.0 aH Battery. Both are available as a blower only without battery or charger if you already have other EGO products like a string trimmer, hedge trimmer, chain saw or mower.
Merz Farm Equipment people says that Milwaukee uses standard batteries unlike the ego. What do they mean with that?

Kite Army did a test to show power and run time. He tested 8 different blowers. EGO with 2.5 aH battery was middle of pack but with the 5.0 aH battery it was the last one running!

ILike Mowing for businesses I agree, a stihl weed eater with red max blowers all day long but for a home gamer, these would be the better option, I refill my weed eater once a month.

I agree I bought the echo battery powered leaf blower the other day and I took it right back the next day! Bought a gas powered bg 86 blower. Much better!
