Sometimes, when i see the MITians make project and apps, i feel I'm not the type. And i keep on thinking, what's the use of my good grades in school ??
I can make apps and things like that but i dont think so it's a way to mit. It was very depressing to hear the amount of students able to reach mit from India, that is only 1 last year.
Guys if you are from India, the only way you get admitted to MIT is through international olympiads. Prepare for those.(This is for undergraduate, if you are talking Ph.D if you can find some research group willing to take you in(really hard, they have the top of the cream working their)... For masters, yoy would need some great GRE scores, undergrad cgpa and excellent recommendations from top profs(if the prof is an MIT alumni you are in for luck)

Although I am not sure if there are other ways, the only people from in India who got into MIT I know of are those who went through IMO,IPho,ICho,IOA. Get a medal there (silver gurantees) your entry. Remember you need extraordinary dedication and a more than average brain to do that. But the first part is more important. Good luck.
Ph. D in American universities, assuming you are Indian, you should have a host Prof from MIT/other univs who will take u into their research group. There is a whole set of process for it, you can find it online.

First you need to do bachelors in science then crack mcat exam in order to get md seat unlike in India and rest countries,in US mbbs is like post graduation whereas in India it comes under undergraduation..So it’s better u crack neet and complete mbbs in India and then crack usmle for your residency…

I have scored 87% in class 10 and my class 11 score is half ruined and I have failed in most of the competitive exams So that means I cannot get into MIT I think I'm out of luck :( Still I'll try my best though

@@anshXR at a maximum it is 3 or 4 students from India and overall 153 international students every year
