    I do 3 of the A's and S's, i only dont do meditation, but i do have cold showers because of you and i will meditate from now on, thank you.

    imo the going into the untamed woods is the best, makes me feel better training is more fun and meditating is easier but i did grow up in the woods. oh and you have no external influences

    I do 50 pushups, leg ups, and sit ups in my room every morning part inspired by you. It’s starting to show me improvements. I also do skipping it is good exercise.

      @@georgezazueta61 I will don’t you worry. Still find it hard. Only done for around 1 going on 2 weeks so I am in the early phases. But like you say after 2 weeks something is a habit.

      Sit down, focus on your breathing and try to not think much else, just put a timer and do that for the amount of time you want to meditate

      The thing about Journaling is that there is no right way to do it, just yap on paper about your inner feelings, how your day went, you find out alot about yourself.
