This prop firm is very different form other top ones in the industry right now. This prop firm is not for everyone but I know some people are really going to like it! I love how Mentfunding has no minimum or maximum trading days. I hope the Ment funding trend seems out into other parts of the prop firm industry.

This is what I am looking. No Maximum and Minimum trading days. we all know there are down months, markets doesn't work well with our strategies. having no trading days, really helps.

leverage means nothing if you have freedom of of time to accomplish your 10 % and not limited to one month or so nice prop firm
They definitely set it up smart so they could actually fund successful traders. You only get 5% drawdown instead of 10 but you get the freedom of time to trade how you want to. Once you take your account up over 10% you can risk as much as you want. They just wanted to protect themselves in the beginning and still give you all the benefits of any other firm. Definitely looks like the best place to me.

"Important: Your drawdown is permanently locked in at your funded accounts original value (in this case $100,000), the drawdown does NOT reset after withdrawal. In this example, if you were to withdraw $15,000, you will have breached the Maximum Trailing Drawdown Rule (please refer to above)."
1:10 leverage doesn't do so much good. You may hit that 10% from 2 months above.

For me leverage makes zero difference. Whether its 1:1 or 1:1000 it's always going to be about risk mgmt. With high leverage you use small lot size and with low leverage you increase the lot size. Never understood why people get hung up about leverage especially with say a $100k dollar account.

Last time i checked 4k sub and had a couple discord calls with him i wasn't impressed by his teaching , i found it so similar to ICT but with less in depth details , now look at him doing very good for himself .

Great interview and a refreshing take on the prop firm model. The soft rule breaks are great, I don't know why this isn't implemented more. Would even be great if they'd just close all the trades if someone hit 3.9% DD for a day and locked their account (I've been at a firm where they did this so it is technically possible). Self scaling up to $1m is amazing as well, the only thing holding me back is the no trades over the weekend.

Some may not be down with that leverage but I understand why the parameters are in place to mitigate risk.
And lbh...no time limit, first payout whenever you want and immediate 1m funding. no chance in hell you're getting 1:100 with that lol

@@mentfx Anton, I’m debating whether to sign up with ment funding or not. I trade stocks (Tesla,Netflix,fb) and I scalp with size (tight risk). Is there any downside for this style of trading to join ment funding? I’m considering the $4,000,000 account size. Can you tell me what is my max buying power with leverage for example trading Tesla at $600 a share. Thank you

No limit days to hit target is the best.
I like this model. I do think that telling traders to make 10 percent in 30 days causes people to over leverage and that is how people lose their challenges. If Ment is around in 6 months, I will give them a shot.

Hi BLAKE what is the profit target for a withdrawal ?5% or10%???
Those funding firms now are increasing more and more, at the end, as trader, you don’t need all their rules and boundaries! All what you need as trader: some of $5k as minimum and 1:100 as max use of leverage and then implementing your trading strategy. If you are that patient to follow their rules and boundaries, then go a head and use it on your real own money. At the end, teach yourself how to stick to your risk management. Then you will grow with time and you don’t need all of those firms.

Can we hedge? if I decide to sell us 30 with 1 lot and the market drop over 6 hours x amount of pips instead of closing the running profit i decide to wait for my buy set up and place a buy trade with 3 lots now let's say for this scenario that my buy trade also gos into profit
And instead of closing all the trades I only close 2 lots from the buy trades? Normally that should create a new leverage , and now when I find a new trading opportunity instead of being in drawdown because of the spread and commission i should have a positive floating profit that will be used as my personal leverage? .
Are we allowed to trade like this ?

I think there was no limit to how mutch you can compound you account you can trade with a 10 or 100 million dollar account not sure about if you are allowed to withdraw thou or the money must be in as long as you like to compound the account ?
Only have one benefit.is there not have minimum and maximum trading days.if we take 400k account is there only 20k drawdown like ftmo 200k account .and overpriced. sounds not good

Why? Isn't drawdown bad for both the trader and prop firm? I think prop firms hav drawdown rules to cap a traders loss for the month.
I like the "no minimum/maximum" day rule but trailing DD is not appealing at all especially when it's too low i.e. 5%.

I was superrrr excited about the announcement!!! This prop firm is gonna be the best one very soon. It’s honestly already top 3 in my opinion.
Great interview. Sounds promising.
The 'worst' part is the 60 second SL rule. Not a huge deal breaker but consider this... you place a trade, and just then the internet/power goes out, wife/kid interference etc. So, a 3-5 minute window would be better.
The BEST part is the no time limit, because FTMO and others do lose really good consistent traders who are forced to trade bigger lot sizes to make it in time.
The low leverage is bearable. Certainly helps in not over risking. Balance DD is also a nice aspect.
It’s now a required stop, very easy to do with an ea or just have it setup any time you enter

Can someone explain? So after all these Profit I would make..lets say I did 10% profit in a month or two..Am I only able to withdraw something less than 4% a day?

@@lulzimcakolli8552 your withdrawal doesn’t affect the daily loss rule, because you are not losing money when you withdraw. If you withdraw past your drawdown point tho which is locked in, then you’ve breached. Made see my video on my prop firm for further explanation.
The 1:10 leverage is too low. Forces traders to use higher lot sizes. And with commissions being $7/lot round trip, it makes for a challenging environment for scalpers. Hope it works out for them though.
Business wise this is brilliant if what you teach fits perfectly into this the parameters of this firm. Then both work hand in hand. Trader learns from you and basically trade for themselves and for you.

LMFAO, you can't add into positions on anything more than 0.25% risk due to the nature of the leverage. You won't have the margin available to scale into a big trade. This goes COMPLETELY against the majority of his videos where he reviews successful trades and scale ins.

Not sure you realise what holding FX over the weekend does to the risk profile. Far higher chance that you will blow up your account. You may have a 10 pip stop in place limiting your losses to 1% of account. The market can easily move 100 pips against you over a weekend when an unexpected event happens and you get stopped out with a 10% loss at the open.
Alternatively, you can close your position on a Friday and reopen it on a Monday at minimal cost.

We are limited to withdraw 4% per month, otherwise we will violate rules, either the max daily DD or the 5% Trailing DD.

$1mil with 1:10 leverage isn't it equal to $100k with 1:100? Don't be fooled by account size...
In 100k account's 5% drawdown is 5k
But 1mil 5% drawdown is 50k..
That's difference is not good enough??

Another video that might be useful is the instruments that are tradable on different prop firms. All allow forex. Only some allow options, futures, and futures options. Personally, I am researching firms that offer trading of the former list of instruments.
Which prop firms have the risk team accessing your risk?
many firms have so called consistency rules and others where they will go over your trades and then fail or pass you.
Blake you should follow the Anton prop-trading philosophy & rules. Especially consider eliminate your 35 days evaluation funded program rules and make it "NO TIME LIMIT" rule as soon as possible because you are the top influencer person of current prop-trading world. Thus other prop-trading firm consider to eliminate there evaluation time limit policy which will help thousands of trader get funded in this pandemic era. Everyday countless people lose their job . Please do something better with your power.Thanks for the interview.
