Found this video as I am practically putting my “mediocre gifts” together. I identified what was happening the last couple days. Love the perfect reflection. Having done all the things mentioned already and turned my life attitude around to appreciation and love and lack of fear about previous traumas and I’ve done the ancestral clearings too. I do feel so excited about all the probabilities and possibilities in my future. I’m 51 and now have no home of my own, no car, no 9-5 job, no hubby, but I now know I have these gifts:- “mediocre” healer, teacher, creator , dancer, singer, writer, artist, photographer... and a passion to help others not “hide” away from life. I’ve got the best friends who are supporting me greatly as I transit these days. And I feel the best I’ve yet felt in life as I script my own path . I’ve learnt to trust when I need the pennies or provisions, they come if I just allow it in. Building from scratch but now using my inner resources and gifts to do it right. “I love that man, I love this behaviour confirming find xx 🥰🙏🏻”

I became a stoic for one of those reasons and over the past few years, I have lived a very full life. I have done so much that it is unbelievable. I would rather spend my money on experiences and needs.
I heard about Ken Honda from Vishen Lakhiani and today I started with the "Arigato Money" and I confess it felt very good. I felt I connected with money and that it recieved my appreciation and that it actually was happy to recieve my vibe. Then the other money that came as exchange, I did the same. Something positive happened today and it was the first time in my life that I had such a connection with money. Arigato Ken & Tom.
I like the idea that money is an enabler. It helps you to the do things you want to do but it in itself means nothing and the pursuit of it blindly cannot lead to happiness.

Some economists have projected that both the U.S. and parts of Europe could slip into a recession for a portion of 2023. A global recession, defined as a contraction in annual global per capita income, is more rare because China and emerging markets often grow faster than more developed economies. Essentially the world economy is considered to be in recession if economic growth falls behind population growth.

Tom, I don't know if you can affect the many with the things you are trying to show them, but if you are able to reach the many, then there are few of them who will receive that message. Which would be a lot of people. Many, for some reason either don't want to listen or simply don't care. But what you do has changed me for the better. 21:03 I grew up with a monk mentality. I had no connection, no want or need for money and material things. I didn't live in the past, nor did I live in the future. With this mentality. I was always in the service of others without expectations. I did not seek something in return. So, when I look at my work. It was really very impressive. I not once bragged about my achievements. Whatever business I worked at, I broke sales records and showed the company better ways. The one thing I failed to do. Want money to match on the level of my performance. What I also know. There is no company going to pay you for your level of performance. So, I tell people learn a skill, start at he bottom, work your way up, read every material about the company. Hello Andrew, it works I have been doing this in meditation that has changed my life. You can download it to your iPhone or computer. I will leave a link. Many blessings Andrew. Pathways2SuccessNow.com
His idea of giving a gift worked once for me (the only time I did it and I did feel a bit awkward about it): on my first day at a job, I brought brownies. it was at a car dealership and those tend to employ lots of single men and men love home-cooked food. I had a LOT of fans at that job *instantly*. I felt it was a bit insincere and therefore fake of me to do that and yet it worked.
Mr. Honda seems to be a very kind and friendly person, not like other "money gurus". I highly appreciate his words and the message he is telling. Very very deep going, I love it. Thank you, Mr. Honda!
He doesn't mean his pleasure don't cost much, he means the man who doesn't require so much to be happy, someone like me. becoming a stoic was the best thing I ever did. I wear only the same 4 to 6 outifts through an entire season. I eat simple food, I spend money only on what I need and my life purpose, and great experiences with loved ones. I am now able to afford to a staff for my books, and all the classes I want to take this year. I keep telling people that over all, I have a great life, and they think I am crazy cause I don't have a mansion, or millions in cash, fleets of cars...etc. People who think they are poor, are people who do not see any real value in what they have already.
that is me, I am so rich and happy being a stoic:0). I keep money to invest in my life purpose, cause my pleasures is cheap because I don't focus on quantity, I focus on quality. I have basically 5 to 6 outfits I wear for fall and winter, but each sweater is super nice, and each pair of pants. I once had two dressers full of cloths, now I have one bag of cloths for two seasons.
what a concept! simple but powerfull. Really all I need it to hear is treat money as a good friend, with respect. Dont chase it! start giving more instead.
I lost all my moneyt and still I had family wanting to see me, and people was giving me gifts all the time, and I was still achieving. I am worth quite alot:0)
34:15 Tom you sparked something inside me. Just now, this is fresh. I didn't look at that way. When I recall the first 40 years of my life. I can see many more experiences that should have brought me down, depressed me. So, what prevented me from becoming depressed? Everything I did I got something out of it. Everything, at home, at play, buying groceries, shopping, at work, whatever I did I got fulfillment out of it. That outweighed an employer treating me badly, that outweighed the arguments my wife and I had. Another thing, when you turn on the tv, rent a movie, watch the news, read a newspaper, engage in negative conversations. You are loading your brain up with material that going to affect you negatively. So, I never watched tv, no music, no reading books-except work related material, no ill mannered conversations about someone. I was at peace. I did not live in the past. I can tell you stories about how badly was treated, taken advantage of. Millions of dollars flowed through my hands in to another's bank account.
I found freedom and the greatest joy when I eliminated the constraints of money in my life ... This was a great conversation that can be immediately applied to any life,,
Awesome way of starting up the day. Being grateful for what you have, identifying your strengths, building up in your mediocre gifts, improving, polishing and then monetizing it. Being at service, giving out small inexpensive gifts as a token of gratitude, making people's lives better, appreciating money for what it can give you to facilitate your living, thanking it for coming in and going out on something to serve you... So many precious pieces of advice!!! Arigato Mr Ken Honda! Thank you Tom!! So much appreciated 🙏🏽
My learnings so far.....TLDR You need to have an attitude of gratitude of appreciation to be able to get more Wealth is an emotion Money - have a relationship - respectful Appreciation - Arigato in Arigato out - there is a reason why they chose u Start giving a bit more People want to do business with happy people. Just that appreciation will change ur attitude... How to identify ur gifts Eg ur nicknames, u were scolded for, when they were young - Eg - u r good with dos - then u can create dog clubs and meet people n sell insurance...
Ken figured out that most of the things you got scolded for doing A LOT as a kid was actually your special gift. You were inspired to use your time into something you loved doing, but at some stage people labeled it as an addiction (usually has negative connotation)
What I like about Ken Honda is his friendly attitude. It's like you will not feel intimated to talk to him or ask him questions even though he is a millionaire. Thanks Tom for this amazing interview. It's very helpful for people like me who is just starting building my financial life :)
No wonder he named it HAPPY KEN HONDA. I learnt new quotes today "wealth is an emotion". This is amazing and Thank You so much for this great sharing and all good blessing to you for this wisdom 🙏✨

So glad I got to learn this useful message. Thanks Tom for getting the right people to talk about money. I’m tired of everyone suggesting buy stocks or gold.
He says things so simply and so profoundly, his words are the gold, he gave me so confidence in my will, my desire, to help others, to not be afraid anymore, thank you so much both !!!
Ken Honda is awesome. The Zen way of releasing and allowing rather than the western world concept of grinding really resonates with me. If we are in alignment in our life, I feel it should be fun and joyful and not feel like a grind. Great interview!
Loved Ken’s energy throughout the entire video. You have to be super strong to turn disappointment and guilt into positivity like Ken did. Loved every single moment of this interview. Thank you 😊
This was such an incredible and insight conversation. Thank you for making this one happen. I live in Tokyo and have lots of friends who are friends with Ken and yet, I've never listened to him speak before until podcast conversation.
I grew up in a dysfunctional marriage in which my dad was an enterpreneur and very bad handling money and my mom was the housewife dependant on my dads money but who could stretch money and handle it very well. Due to his business, we sometimes struggled and sometimes thrived but both my parents gave us the gift of a good education despite being it even above their possibilities. My parents lost their home to the bank during the last financial crisis and we had to move to my grandmas home. I promised myself i wouldnt care about money, i would work hard and help others but i didnt respect money. I reslised, money easily came to me but i overspent it because i had no respect for it. When i was in my mid thirties i started respecting money because i looked back at how hard i had worked and money was all gone. I have a six figure salary, imlive in the city of my dreams , Shanghai, and i managed to get a 30% promotion during this epidemic. I feel life has protected me and given me money despite the fact that i didnt focus on it, i just focused on becoming obessive to learn more skills and truly wanting to help others. Money didnt bring me joy per se, but by respecting it and appreciating it more now i am in the position to manage it better and i can give much more to the people i love.
Da_ReeL BK my first job as a teenager was English teacher in extracurricular classes, then at 17 i was a waitress in Ireland to pay for my summer abroad, then i worked as a receptonist at the weekends and national holidays to pay for my university, then i got a summer job in a multinational logistics and liked it so much than i studied my two last years if uni in remote, then i quit my job cause i got a scholarship in Taiwan for a year, then i went back home to finish my bachelor degreee and studied a master in euro asian international trade, then i got my job in logistics and i worked 4 years in Spain (where im originally from) until my company transferred me for a year to Shanghai...then a year turned into soon 6 years and i dont think i will ever leave. It was a long answer to your question but i just wanted to let you know my path. I enjoy supply chain becsuse it is a challenging industry and so much opportunity to grow if you care to help others 😁
I actually would like for him to get into the spiritual aspects of it, I know Tom doesn't really like it, but when you're this deep into self development I feel like it's part of the equation. I would appreciate it if Tom would be a little more openminded in this regard, and let the full message of the speaker come through.
People say I always want to speak of everything deeply, tell little stories about people but in a deeply symbolic way, and talk about what people do, but use it as a life lessons. I also have the gift of helping people hav clarity and create a strategy for growing. I have started doing it in my work and now I have steady success in my work.
Generating money and opportunities gets easier with the Arigato mindset. Energy changes - everything changes We got it backwards really. We came to live and money is the result of our expression, but we got stuck in fear and we want to use money as means of escaping the full living
Thank you so much, Ken! I was always struggling with finding my 'passion', looking at people who sing or create art or others, who have a tengible passion. But the things I'm good at weren't like that, so I didn't know what to do and thought I first need to find my gift. But then I remembered that friends would tell me what they think i'm good at, and I started to listen, instead of ignoring those clues, because I'm busy looking for a artsy passion or waiting for it to fall into my lap ✨
The value provided in this interview alone is worth more than all the schooling in my life. This is why Tom is my favorite podcast to listen to out of the thousands out there this stuff right here provides the most value 💜. Thank you

I don't know, the energy of this guy makes me really, really happy. Thank you for this content! You have great interviewing skills.

“Money don’t change you, money reveals you” 😁
True 😂😂

Don't be fooled, so do poverty. Some people become mean and evil because of poverty.
Yes it magnifies the character traits that you already have.
Totally
“Appreciation melts fear and anxiety”
Sometimes can be enough even just a few good words.
Honda!
This is definitely one of my favourite episodes. The unique combination of the Zen philosophy and money. Absolutely amazing
He's so sweet! So genuine sweet! I like how in the end he just dreams about sweeping and chatting with people.
“That man is richest whose pleasures are cheapest.”
--Henry David Thoreau
wow...
i love me some cheap thrills
Love cheap hookers
Thanks Tom, for focusing on the average person dealing with the effects of this worldwide "financial heist." We appreciate it. Love Ken Honda!
As a Chinese who practice Buddhism, I really relate to Kens philosophy and approach towards life and money. Thank you for the interview
“The real measure of your wealth is how much you’d be worth if you lost all your money.”
Damn that is brilliant, I thought I was the only one who thought like that, people think I'm crazy when I say that.
I would be worth billions. People always tell me I know things that most people don't know.
I lost all my moneyt and still I had family wanting to see me, and people was giving me gifts all the time, and I was still achieving. I am worth quite alot:0)
That makes people who are unable to make money practically worthless.

This was a great conversation that can be immediately applied to any life,,
“What you appreciate appreciates.” ✨ So simple but yet, so POWERFUL!!
What a wonderful man this guest is!! Thank you for introducing me to him.
What a timing.. "no money situation is the starting point of financial independance" I needed this ❤️
Two years ago ...hope you made it
My learnings so far.....TLDR
You need to have an attitude of gratitude of appreciation to be able to get more
Wealth is an emotion
Money - have a relationship - respectful
Appreciation - Arigato in Arigato out - there is a reason why they chose u
Start giving a bit more
People want to do business with happy people. Just that appreciation will change ur attitude...
How to identify ur gifts
Eg ur nicknames, u were scolded for, when they were young -
Eg - u r good with dos - then u can create dog clubs and meet people n sell insurance...
“When you find out who you are, happy money follows you “ 😁❤️
Never heard of such wisdom "I gave friends to support me" Really
Thank you for the effort.
Ken figured out that most of the things you got scolded for doing A LOT as a kid was actually your special gift.
You were inspired to use your time into something you loved doing, but at some stage people labeled it as an addiction (usually has negative connotation)
King Must Rise well put! I found this meditation that says the same thing. I will provide the link. Pathways2SuccessNow.com
Yes, that’s another thing I sort out of this video from Ken Honda!!

What I like about Ken Honda is his friendly attitude. It's like you will not feel intimated to talk to him or ask him questions even though he is a millionaire. Thanks Tom for this amazing interview. It's very helpful for people like me who is just starting building my financial life :)
it is profoundly moving to see these two magnificent people caring so much about others.
No wonder he named it HAPPY KEN HONDA. I learnt new quotes today "wealth is an emotion". This is amazing and Thank You so much for this great sharing and all good blessing to you for this wisdom 🙏✨
your gifts: it is what you do when you feel in flow, when times flows while you are completely focus and you could keep doing it everyday :)
Wealth consciousness..amazing topic. Many of us are unaware of this ..scarcity mindset to abundance mindset. ❤❤❤
Thank you Tom for bringing Ken Honda to us.🙏🏿
There's knowledge and then there's wisdom. It's rare to have both. This guy really strikes me as not just smart but wise.
This guy is awesome. He speaks truth. Thank you so much for letting us know about him and his philosophy. Wonderful interview.
Tom I love you and I love what you stand for. Your mission has pulled me away from ending up in some dark ass places, I’m so grateful for your existence.
Wow Ken san! I did not expect to see Japanese in this English show I have been watched. I have been reading your book since your very first small booklet you published for free and did not know you are so big and popular globally now. 頑張れ!
So beautiful about friends and support...so true..relationships and kindness are important...invest in relationships and it will make you feel secure, less fear and generate more money..
In the end, same as always the ability to reframe events that seem bad into something good is what life is all about.
HOW MUCH SERVICE YOU CAN GIVE TO THE WORLD. 100% Service to others creates abundance. And what you give you receive. Imagine a world like this... a new earth. YES! Thank you both. Peace All.
Very great episode. I love Ken Honda. Thanks for having him as a guest. I use "arigato money" everyday and it works.
Love his simplicity, he obviously holds a wonderful garden, energy within himself.
So much light coming from Ken - thank you so much for sharing a very insightful way of gaining more wealth ! I feel nourished just listening to him. Thank you Tom for inviting such a quality human being in your platform!
Namaskaram,Kenhonda. This is incredible wisdom all about money.Thank you.
All his money language explanation and insights are so very interesting. Todays also full of amazing examples and stories.
This is one of the most powerful interviews I have ever heard. Thank you
So glad I got to learn this useful message.
Your attitude and relationship with money can help find happiness. Find happiness in what you have. Practice gratitude and good feelings towards money
Thank you 😊
"Gratitude"
I really like the concept too .... Positive perception & vibrations x x
Ken Honda is amazing, I am grateful to listen to him. It is unfortunate how often the interviewer interrupts him.
This was such an incredible and insight conversation. Thank you for making this one happen. I live in Tokyo and have lots of friends who are friends with Ken and yet, I've never listened to him speak before until podcast conversation.
Ken Honda is a top G! Can't support him enough with this wisdom. Big love to all
I grew up in a dysfunctional marriage in which my dad was an enterpreneur and very bad handling money and my mom was the housewife dependant on my dads money but who could stretch money and handle it very well. Money didnt bring me joy per se, but by respecting it and appreciating it more now i am in the position to manage it better and i can give much more to the people i love.
thank you for sharing this. What type of work do you do (i hope you don't mind me asking)?
Ken is just an incredible guy. Beautiful soul and mind.
I actually would like for him to get into the spiritual aspects of it, I know Tom doesn't really like it, but when you're this deep into self development I feel like it's part of the equation. I would appreciate it if Tom would be a little more openminded in this regard, and let the full message of the speaker come through.
That’s a big turn off for a lot of people
I would love for him to go with not the spiritual aspects more... however I don’t feel this is the wrong platform x
Tom was in a controlling cult growing up!
@@Boo-jy5ju really ? Didn’t know this
People say I always want to speak of everything deeply, tell little stories about people but in a deeply symbolic way, and talk about what people do, but use it as a life lessons. I also have the gift of helping people hav clarity and create a strategy for growing. I have started doing it in my work and now I have steady success in my work.
Tom Bilyeu. Arigato for your contribution. It's possible to apply this to every day life.
🙏
This is such powerful teaching on life philosophy and wealth mindset. Thank you for inviting Ken Honda to Impact theory.
This was a beautiful interview. I don’t know why but I found myself welling with tears a few times.
That was really intense about his father. Great interview!!
Feeling so much more positive after this. Sending warm calming vibes to everyone!
I would like to express my deepest gratitude to you Tom and coach Ken Honda I was teary eyed this is amazing thank you so much!
Generating money and opportunities gets easier with the Arigato mindset. Energy changes - everything changes
We got it backwards really.
Thank you
Brilliant interview. Not heard of this guy but he's really insightful and inspirational.
Genghis1982 I have never heard of this guy but he is absolutely right. It's the same method this meditation is explaining. You can download this to your computer or phone and have it anywhere. I will add the link. Pathways2SuccessNow.com
Amazingly simplistic method in going about life with money.
His teeth are so damn bright. It’s a little hard to watch
I loved this so much. Could listen to him all day. Seems like such a thoughtful and kind hearted person.
What a lovely man, I will try to use his ideas to think differently about money♥️
Tom, it has taken me a while, but after 50 episodes, I realize that you ask great questions, providing context and drawing Fri your known experiences as Knowlege that you gained from your many interviews. Appreciate the approach you take to help make things more relevant to your audience and you do it authentically.
This is such a manifestation. I needed this.
Tom is a master interviewer. He asks the best questions and keeps everyone on track. Awesome interview. Never heard of Ken Honda but I am going to buy his books.
100% agree Alana
