And although I know those are probably different scenarios I'm imagining a failed save where someone doesn't dodge an Indiana Jones rolling Boulder and it hits them, knocks them off of a mountain and into a sea below where the boulder then follows and lands on top of said character and the rest of the party couldn't move it to save them lol
