Do u play jc sod pvp,or only hota?
I'm quite new to this competitive Heroes 3, may I ask why are there dragon towers from H2 and portals from H4? Are they new community contents added to this special competitive version? Why are they added since H3 do have stuffs that are similar in function?
horn of the abyss is an unofficial expansion, it has a new faction - cove, and quite a bit of additional content. It's considered the most balanced version and it has an online lobby built in so online play is convenient, no need to use gameranger or anything like that, and at peak times over 2000 people play online. Regarding the towers - they are different, in the black tower in hota you dont recruit dragons, you fight dragons for some gold and an artifact, the h4 portal im not sure about as i havent played h4 myself
@@alex_the_magician9483 Thanks for the explanation! Seems that there're a lot to catch up since I last played H3. Do people accept cove just like any other faction? It sounds like the expansion is very legit, with matching art styles and soundtracks just like original contents, which is quite rare to see.
Hey Alex, I have a suggestion for game balance. It is for the skills first aid and eagle eye.
First aid: basic - does what it does now
advanced - applies a cure effect on targeted ally unit
expert - applies a cure effect in a meteor shower area of effect
Eagle eye: basic - allows 100% chance to learn any normal spell used
advanced - allows one to learn spells used even if they aren't normal spells, like you can learn petrify from dusas and basilisks, aging from ghost dragon, poison from monarchs etc
expert - same as advanced but it teaches you the spell *in that fight* and not after.
I'd also make lucky strikes do 3x damage not double.

Twitch. Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday at 10 AM Eastern European time.
I was streaming on Twitch, but I'm done now, so there will no longer be any scheduled streams. May still do a stream every now and again but it will not be more than once a week or 1-2 times a month.
