Thanks for the heads up. This will be the perfect knife for my Grandson...it’s on the way...and now I have it. Love this little firecracker. Thanks Mr. Cutlery.
That’s an awesome knife my knife collection is pretty small. I just watched your zippo trick video the twilight zone and burned myself it was an awesome video though
I’ve never owned an auto and I’ve always been curious is they hold up better than assisted knives. When the Cryo came out, I bought it and it broke after about a month. Ever since then, I’ve sworn off any kind of knife with a spring. But I really want an auto.
I would definitely suggest trying a Boker Kalashnikov. They hold up to almost any abuse you can put them through. And for the price of them, it's hard to go wrong anyway. Especially with them being on sale right now. I know blade HQ has all the Kalashnikov knives on sale, and if you really want to know how tough they are, check out blade HQs video on them.
I've had mine for over a year and its held up very well and have added a lanyard with a TI bead for extra grip. I might need to get a new spring as I've taken it apart a few times for cleaning and sort of tweaked the spring a little... but as long as it keeps working I'm not in a rush to replace it.
@@Twiceborn_by_grace I've had my standard one for a few years now, I've beat it to hell and it just doesn't slow down. My Damascus one hasn't seen as much use, but that's only because I've had it for less than a year. But they're both fantastic knives, I love them and love the new blade shapes they've come out with recently.
Sort of illegal in Chicago... won't allow autos, but will allow a knife under 2.5in! Was told by a Chicago Police Officer that they don't enforce the auto law or really any knife law unless you enter a school with one which is a state wide law. IL is friendly to those who carry knifes in from other states(Live in IN work in IL) saying if its legal in your state we don't care... Wish they were like that with firearms!
yup looks like it the clip actually wraps arounf the handle and under the pillar but there is a screw on the opposite side so it looks like it can be lefty positioned
I have a 74 and i love the kick back it gives.

Man.. why is this illegal in Canada. It's so stupid. I want that knife so bad.
Yep, illegal here in Minnesota too. Sucks.

Dang never saw this before, this'll be a nice cheap replacement for my beloved Protech Sprint that keeled over on me a few years ago.
