Wow, I was NOT expecting you to try one of those gummies!😄 Daring! But yeah, seeing that end of life situation really hits home. I still have all my mom's stuff here in the house. She passed in 2022.
I didn't actually eat the gummy, I just pretended to. 😂 It's hard to deal with the stuff left after a loved one has passed. Sorry for your loss. Thank you very much for your comment!!
This is one unique home. It looked like it had a few additions added over the years. So many new subdivisions going up. It is crazy. This was a cool explore with many things left behind. Awesome work as always JH. Big Hugs 😊😊 P.S. i love the area rug. Haha
Oh yes Canada is changing extremely quickly these days. Growing way too fast for the amount of housing we have. Glad you enjoyed it Kimmy and thank you very much for your comment!!
Great explore James!!! Some pretty cool stuff left. Sad to see that the life of a much older couple is going to be destroyed. What?! You aren't going to go into the fire damaged one?! There might be a refrigerator for you to look in lol
static spaces thanks for sharing this video with me and i hope you turned the computer off and you didn left it going and i really enjoyed the video and God Bless.
Oh that's interesting, guess I didn't look at it very closely...don't think I have ever seen a wine corker either. Thank you very much for your comment!!
@@StaticSpaces yeah, there was a push for them here in Ontario but the costs never made it feasible for most. Surprising to see in an older home like that though.
Another sad story, thank you for finding out all the history on this place, OK I can't believe you actually tried that gummy, yuk but made me laugh, again thank you James for this great video.
I was quite surprised to find anything when I started researching this place, he apparently kept himself pretty busy with his woodworking over the years. I didn't really try the gummy, I just pretended to. 😂 Glad you enjoyed it Polly and thank you very much for your comment!!
The story of the couple that lived there was so sweet and yet a bit 😔 sad. I love that they fell in love and married later in life and had some happy years together. While you were in the man's woodworking workshop you cld almost imagine the things he made with love for his family and even the ones he made to sell....just bc it was his passion. I suppose meeting later was also a bit bittersweet bc their time together was quite limited. Hearing that he passed so soon after his wife gives you a bit of a lump in your throat. Gives you a whole different view of things as you walk through the place they shared together. I am so glad that you were able to learn these details and share them w/your viewers along with the video of the time capsule! Makes it all the more special! Thank you for sharing such a great place!!
Really glad you enjoyed the backstory! The only thing missing, was even one of his finished pieces, it would have been cool to see that. But maybe one of his children made sure to collect them. Thank you very much for your comment!!
I wish I made it for the live 💔 What a great house and I am glad and sad it comes with so much lore and background. I always like to fantasise about who lived in explores I have done as I feel it humanises the spaces but somehow it's sadder to know the reality.
Awe, it would have been great to see you there, maybe next time! I agree, the back stories for these places is often quite sad. Thank you very much for your comment!!
You can choose to believe it or not, that's on you. I tell the truth in my videos, I can't speak to others on this platform. Thanks a lot for watching!!

The couch is from the eighties. I used to have the couch, love seat and chair with the end tables.
Oh cool! I would have guessed it was either 80s or 90s. Thank you very much for your comment!!
Glad to be here. 😊
Thank you very much for your comment!!

Yes, I always leave these places in the same, or better condition than I found them. Thank you very much for your comment!!
That was a wine corker not a drill press. Great video.

That"water furnace" is a geothermal heat pump. Not a cheap investment by any means.
Ya I looked it up after and was surprised, they aren't very common. Thank you very much for your comment!!
@@StaticSpaces yeah, there was a push for them here in Ontario but the costs never made it feasible for most. Surprising to see in an older home like that though.
It's probably because they had the space for all the infrastructure in the yard

HI
Hey. Thanks very much for your comment!!
YOU LOST ME SOMEWHERE WITH THE STORY TO THIS HOUSE!
Oh really, I thought it was pretty straight forward, what didn't you understand about it?
"She died here". Every single video makes that morbid claim. You forgot "Haunted" and "Blood Stains". 🤣
