Air Fryer Steak Bites with roasted Sweet Potatoes
Tender and juicy Air Fryer Steak Bites with roasted sweet potatoes. So fast and super easy..
Ingredients
Steak bites
2 lb Sirloin steak ( pat dry and cut into bite size pieces)
3 - 4 garlic cloves finely chopped
Salt & Black Pepper as needed
1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning or any of your favourite seasoning
2 tablespoon olive oil or any cooking oil
2 teaspoons soy sauce
Seasoned butter
4 tablespoons butter
Garlic powder
Red pepper flakes
Italian Seasoning
Sweet potato cubes
2 lb sweet potatoes cut into small pieces
Sal and pepper as needed
Finely chopped garlic or garlic powder
Parsley or rosemary or Italian seasoning
Lemon zest and lemon juice
Method
Preheat the Air Fryer for 5 minutes (400F). Wash and pat dry steak pieces. Mix with salt, pepper, olive oil,garlic and preferred seasoning.
Keep aside for 5 minutes and prepare herb butter.
Place the seasoned steak bites in the air fryer basket (avoid overcrowding). If more , cook in batches. Cook for 12 to 18 minutes, checking and shaking every 5 minutes. Toss with seasoned butter while cooking.
Remove from the air fryer, toss with more butter. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
In a bowl, combine sweet potato cubes and ingredients given above. Place in the air fryer basket in a single layer and air fry for 20 minutes at 400F. Make sure to check and shake the basket every 5 minutes.
Easy roasted sweet potatoes are ready to serve.

Yes , you can fry them together..
Start with sweet potatoes as it needs more time to cook. Add in steak bites after 6 to 8 minutes… single layer please
