I tried this tonight at home. I did green onions sprinkled at the end instead of parsley. Sir; you are a kitchen rockstar 🤩. This was fantastic, thanks for sharing 💕

Unsalted butter is best, you are correct. Thank you for this recipe because I now have a different way to cook salmon (pan fried in unsalted butter). I was broiling mine on low in the oven.

OK, I'm from up north, and we've never cooked grits as a side dish. Not like this anyway. We have creme of wheat, which we have with sugar, spices and milk for breakfast. Seeing this, now I'm going to try some grits for dinner. This looks deee-licious! 💥💥💥💥💥
