How come these videos only have a couple of hundred to a couple of thousand views and not millions. 🧐 These are super-well made and pack immense amount of value. I feel like I stumbled on a gold mine. Thanks for making them. Keep up the good work. 👍🏻
This was a great video, Jono! Thanks for making it 🙇♂️ I hadn't thought of starting with "pain" and even writing it now sounds odd, but your explanation was really clear. It's good to see you doing so well 👍
Jono, you always deliver a knuckle sandwich of value! This was a very cogent, helpful guide to incorporating community in an email nurture campaign to ensure that the community is as enticing as it could be. Thanks for your great work, sir. - Todd
Hi Jono, I am Joshua. This is exactly what I needed. Thank you. Just a little suggestion. Could you please give tasks after the end of your videos, I believe it will help us to put to good use what we've learnt.
Hi Jono...so glad to come across your content! I have a question though....do community sites make money if they are not based around a business. For example lets say a community for victims of abuse/addicts/incels or any group of people like that....if there is a forum to voice their problems etc...do these sites make money? Thanks again for your knowledge sharing ❣
Howdy! As a general rule, support communities (e.g. victims or survivors) should never be monetized in a way that is deemed to generate profit. This can be callous. However, I think it is very reasonable for those communities to have products/services they sell to cover their costs. For example, this could be fundraisers, auctions, special events etc.
@@jonobacon I have been thinking about this since yesterday! I agree misery is not to be monetised....but if someone is giving their time and energy and resources to maintain a community shouldnt they get compensated in some way...or they will go broke or it will fizzle out...
I really do love your videos and they help me a lot! (And your book 😉) One question: is there an option to watch the videos without music? I am not an english native and the music can be a little bit overwhelming while listening and learning. Thank you very much for sharing your knowledge ☺️

Thanks for the kind words, Quiricia! Great feedback - I can lower the volume of the music, unfortunately I can't turn it off. Thanks!
@@jonobacon May I ask another question? 🙂 What's the best way to invite you to an event as a speaker? I am not quite sure if my mail reached you.
