Honestly really enjoyed those couple of moments of complete silence!! Thought it was a way to give people a moment of silence through a busy noisy day🥰
Honestly, I was listening while closing the kitchen for the night and loved the silence. Which is silly because I chose to listen to a video when baby is sleeping and my house was silent. 😬😂
Love it! Just... The silence between narration was too much, I mean, intense... I think that if you could use some music or even a normal ambiental silence, it would be great! ❤
I personally enjoyed the silence! I found it calming and not over stimulating 😊 I watch her videos when I’m feeling overstimulated, she has such a peace she brings that I love! I do admit I thought my sound turned off in one bit of this video tho 🤭
Disliked Brussel sprouts for decades until I had them roasted with olive oil & seasalt. My whole family can’t get enough of them now. Love roasted carrots too without peeling they are so quick to prepare
Hi Sarah I have been enjoying your videos. Thanks for posting them. I have just purchased a KBS bread maker the same as yours. I am wondering what setting you put your dough on to leave ferment all night.
I’ve learned that soaking rice for 24-48 hours with a tablespoon or two of apple cider vinegar is best for breaking down phytic acid & cleaning rice 😁 it’s changed my life tbh 😂
Thank you for sharing! Can’t wait to try coating my chicken in sourdough. Quick rec for you- you’ll save even more time by not processing your veggies that you bake for soup. No joke I just halve my onions, prick my whole sweet potatoes with a fork, throw on some garlic gloves, maybe a carrot or two and then roast for long enough that everything is soft. The SP and onion skin comes right off and then you can blend easily in your soup!
We had the sourdough chicken today (I have so much discard to use!!) and WOW it was so good!!! One thing that would be helpful is to put the recipe in the captions - sometimes it’s a bit inconvenient to have to find the spot in the video where it says it especially when needing to reference back to it.
I just made cashew cream that I learned the recipe from you when you posted it a few years ago. Thank you for that! It's amazing and love that it's dairy free.
I love brussels sprouts with a bit of maple syrup too! So good! 2024 goal, every time watching your videos, get my starter restarted! Now that I realised my intolerance is not gluten but tomatoes and chillis 😆
Oh wow Sarah Therese, where did you get your dress? I flowy style and brown color are perfect. Please let me know the brand name or where I can get one just like it!
Naw i dnt rinse my rice and it comes out perfection. And even asians only rinse 4 times at most u need some starch urnrice mst be so bland. I use the instapot and it comes out like an asian resturant
Ugh you are kinda influencing me to get a rice cooker. I'm cooking sushi Rice weekly, usually to make bowls, and the Kids love It as much as I do.. sometimes the Rice Is not perfect and that's so sad
@@AKM8829 Very sad. I just watched my MIL go through a lot because of all the GMO foods she eats. She's battled cancer too. Just taking a look at everyone's health these day's has pushed me to try my best to feed my family good....even if it means being in the kitchen all day. Soy sauce was the first thing i hum chucked into the garbage can year's ago when i opened my eyes to all these toxic foods they sell on the store shelves. Even of it says organic, I'm reading the labels. Not sure about Canada, but here in America, even if it says organic, they can still load it with gmo crap and certain toxic ingredients are still allowed. 😫👎🤦♀️
@@minnamae25 I'm like that too. It's important. It's not about being too picky to an unhealthy level but prioritising health. I will prioritise when I am making the food in our house. If we go to a party, then I relax a bit once in a while but what I can control, I control. Glyphosate is really horrible. Eating out is so much convenient but I'd spend hours in the kitchen just so I know the quality of food and know that we can enjoy and be nourished. Overtime, eating out has lost its appeal because of how we all feel afterwards. I get organic meat and organic ingredients, it ALWAYS works out cheaper than eating out, which I am willing to sacrifice.
How much quality time do you actually spend with your children? These videos come across as you basically being a full time chef/slave in the kitchen to your family while Keiran and the kids have to busy themselves. Must be hard for the kids to see their mum as always go go go in the kitchen, seems you've prioritised it a little too much
I haven’t watched the video yet but the title is a WEEK of 30 minute meals. She’s saying straight up that she was in the kitchen 30 minutes for each of these meals and over the course of a week.
You're seeing a few minute long video of her life, and you're making an assumption that drastic? Most mums are away at work. She's cooking delicious meals to feed her family, and she's crearly there available for a chat, a hug, or anything the kids might need along the way. She's a brilliant mother, and this is exactly what kids should grow up with.
I spend a lot of time in the kitchen because having healthy meals is important for me and my family. My girl is welcomed to join me just as you can see Sarah's kids joins her often too. I think it's a great way for children to learn to cook and as you mentioned prioritise eating well. Plus, this is just a snippet of her day and since she is not showing her kid's faces, there might be a lot of clips cut out where they are actually WITH her.
It isn’t just this video though. It’s all 3 meals every day cooked from scratch. Plus the cleaning in between. It’s got to be large portions of time around each meal. Like 1-2 hours? She does homeschool them though so that’s some quality time.
Hi y'all! My music wouldn't share on this video, so sorry about the awkward silence! I still hope you enjoy! :*
Honestly really enjoyed those couple of moments of complete silence!! Thought it was a way to give people a moment of silence through a busy noisy day🥰
the silence was kind of relaxing and refreshing, actually!
Honestly, I was listening while closing the kitchen for the night and loved the silence. Which is silly because I chose to listen to a video when baby is sleeping and my house was silent. 😬😂
Lol I was a bit caught off guard, but it's fine! Don't worry. Recipes look so good!!
I loved the moments of quiet too.
I personally loved the silence, it was refreshing! I suppose you cant please everyone but just another thumbs up for silence 😊
Sarah! Discard to coat the chicken is GENIUS! Thank you for sharing and definitely trying this for dinner
I would love to know the brand ( and a link ) for your baking sheets. I love how they look!!
Love it! Just... The silence between narration was too much, I mean, intense... I think that if you could use some music or even a normal ambiental silence, it would be great! ❤
Yeah at first I thought that my headphones disconnected 😂
@@thebookfan9332 lol 🤣🤣🤣
I’m almost 99% sure this was a mistake when exporting

@@erinsecrist9678 yep, the normal silence it's great, but this was too much... 😬
I loved that you had silence in between 😊 so peaceful!
I would love to see snack ideas you have for the whole week! Love your videos you have been inspiring me for a long time! ❤
Love the 30 minute meal ideas, and also love the variety of cuisines! Thanks for sharing!
I loved the silence such a calming video❤
I must Say I really like your new cooking/homemaking videos👏🍞🧅
I love brussel sprouts with bacon and bacon dripping.
Disliked Brussel sprouts for decades until I had them roasted with olive oil & seasalt. My whole family can’t get enough of them now. Love roasted carrots too without peeling they are so quick to prepare
I think that if you keep the sound from the cooking the pauses won't be too harsh! Lovely video ❤
Sarah- Can’t wait for your website to be up and running as well! Thanks for all of the great recipes and great tips! ❤ from Nashville
Could you share some info about Christmas food? What do you prepare etc?
Oh man I’m so excited to try this sourdough chicken! I’m so inspired by you, thanks for all these great ideas 🧡
How did you feed your kids as babies? Do you do purees or blw? Can you share some ideas?
Would love another bread machine recipe video! I just got the kbs for Christmas :)
Hi Sarah I have been enjoying your videos. Thanks for posting them. I have just purchased a KBS bread maker the same as yours. I am wondering what setting you put your dough on to leave ferment all night.
I roast my veggies the exact same way but use ghee instead of butter and the taste is amazing!

I do the same with pumpkin! BUT in terms of energy usage, maybe less effective 😆
Loved this so much! Thank you for sharing❤ I’d love some background music for when you don’t comment. It would help
My short attention span 😂
I’m intrigued with the complete silence in between narration. It’s kind of brilliant.
I just want to know where i can purchase your jeans the one with the v in the back while making your wraps.
I cant wait to see your website! That soup looks so delicious!
I just had surgery and needed this video…. Bless you dear 🫶❤️
I know what I’m going to make tomorrow! Thank you!❤
I love the colour of your cookware. Navy Blue 💙
I love this video!!
That rose turtle neck sweater suits you soo much, what a beautiful color! What brand is it, if you don’t mind sharing?

Great ideas
Love this Sarah is there anyway you can write out the recipes for us If not, no worries! Great video ❤❤❤❤❤
I think she’s working on a website where all of them will be available!
Please do a qna video ❤
Lol did not notice the silence until the comments. Guess I love the silence
As always, thanks.
Thanks😀
Well, I actually enjoy the silence and the slowness of your presentation and the fact that there’s not a whole Lotta chatter chatter chatter
Ouuuu the discard on chicken!! Great idea! I love making things like orange chicken but hate the multiple bowls (less dishes, yes please.) 😊
Definitely going to make ramen that way! Those mushrooms are always so intriguing when I see them! These are great recipes Sarah! TFS!
Oh wow Sarah Therese, where did you get your dress? I flowy style and brown color are perfect. Please let me know the brand name or where I can get one just like it!
Son de Flor smock dress :)
I love your videos! Could you please make your cinnamon rolls and share the recipe? Thank you
I'm two minutes in and its already not a 30 minute meal lol
Love quick meals!!
I dont peel hardly anything anymore - not only does it waste time but also nutrients!
Looks good
Random, but where are those stretch waist jeans from that you were wearing when you made the ramen? Haha so cute!!!
I’m sure the ramen soup is delicious, but I would love to see Uncle Roger review that recipe. 😆
❤❤❤
I feel like some of the recipes have all the same ingredients or similar ingredients I guess different quantities but it’s just odd
Your hair looks great like this. How high do you shave your nape now?
are those cast iron baking sheets? would love a link.
Not cast iron
No, they were shiny.
love ur coat and dress ❤
may I have the link to them please?🥹
Is your soysauce homemade?
do you ever enjoy any alone time outside the house like a solo date? xx
I don’t mind the silence
Why wldnt u boil the chicken in the soup broth, its literally free flavor
Naw i dnt rinse my rice and it comes out perfection. And even asians only rinse 4 times at most u need some starch urnrice mst be so bland. I use the instapot and it comes out like an asian resturant
Does Sarah ever converse with anyone in the comments?
Ugh you are kinda influencing me to get a rice cooker. I'm cooking sushi Rice weekly, usually to make bowls, and the Kids love It as much as I do.. sometimes the Rice Is not perfect and that's so sad
I've noticed you add sugar to a lot of your breads... Why is that?
It's needed to attivate the yeast
Look into homemade soy sauce. Store bought is SOOOOO BAD for you.
She used to care. She doesn’t anymore

the way you add spices to food is way to much
