Every scientist know that factor that determines one sex are varied, from chromosome complements, hormonal balances and phenotypic variations and these not always aligned with gender role that oneself dentify with. But I guess you probably have no clue about this because you only sit once in your biology class when your teacher talk about X and Y chromosome then you feel like you are a master knowledge of human chromosome.

There are around 40 chromosomal types in the intersex conditions for humans. Some of these conditions present the individual with all kinds of challenges for example girls born with a XY chromosomal condition go through hell as teens because even though they are born female, they don't go through a normal sexual development. Likewise boys born xx male syndrome can have developmental and hormone issues as well. Some of these Chromosomal conditions are intersex conditions and some have fewer problems for the individual.

There are people who identify as blind, and have actually blinded themselves, and people who identify as limbless, who have had amputations. Is there any difference between them and the people who identify as the opposite sex? If not, does that mean we should be allowing children to be blinded and have amputations? @@3dmaker699 None of those conditions are separate sexes. Chromosomes ultimately control the type of gametes your body produces, and there are only TWO types of gametes: eggs and sperm. Each human can produce one of the two, or neither but never both or something else. The type of gametes is what tells us the sex. XX individuals as well as many of the chromosomal setups WITHOUT the Y produce eggs. Some chromosomal setups without Y have the potential to make eggs but produce nothing. They are sterile. XY makes sperm. No chromosomal setup with the Y present makes eggs, but most of the others than regular XY are sterile. They produce nothing.
So it comes down to the presence or absence of the Y chromosome, regardless of the actual chromosomal setup. Does it make eggs or sperm? If you make sperm or in other words have the Y you are male. If you make eggs or in other words lack the Y you are female.
Intersex are variations of genital anatomy, not separate sexes or genders. Sex is determined by the cells that participate in sexual reproduction... the gametes. Of which there are two, 2. Everything else is anatomical differences.
And for, like, 99% of the people the standard anatomy tells us what gametes they produce. For the 1% a simple test will tell what they should be producing without the condition they have. Only two possible returns.
Also a funny sidenote: in mammals the XX is the default sex. In birds and lizards things go a bit different.

There are people who identify as blind, and have actually blinded themselves, and people who identify as limbless, who have had amputations. Is there any difference between them and the people who identify as the opposite sex? If not, does that mean we should be allowing children to be blinded and have amputations? A portion of humanity has gone stark staring mad, and is intent on dragging the rest of us along with them. I despair for my grandchildren, but thankfully I won't be here to watch the total destruction of a sane society, which I fear is on the agenda.

It’s about not losing touch with reality. People can represent any way they want to, and I would politely use the pronouns they’re comfortable with....but, you simply can’t argue with the fact that biologically, you ARE male or female. Nothing changes this. It’s this loss of all common sense that is irking me. Biological males have a huge advantage over biological females. Stronger bones, muscles, stamina, etc. that’s why they ALWAYS win. It’s not fair. Girls and women who have worked for years only to have a man come in and completely obliterate them.
