    Bro i am not gonna lie, but just a few days ago my cricket coach told me to stop working out in the gym. He told me to not workout like a bodybuilder but like an athlete. I was so disappointed because i loved lifting weights. But then i came to know that i can workout in the gym but like an athlete with a changed routine. I was searching soooo hard on youtube for workouts that can help athletes. Just scrolling through today i found your video and i feel so grateful for it 💖.

    I have one question I am focusing on increasing muscle mass but my weight has so much increased and i think it is affecting my sport so should I continue my bulk or do small cut?

      If a lot of weight got increased. You may have gained fat, because you ate too much.
      Do a cut. And maintain that weight. And keep training. Body will add muscles automatically, even at same weight.
