It was a really good video but it was more batsmen oriented , bowlers need their lower body , back and shoulder strength . And also cricket is more about lower body strength. Still good work in explaining everything.

Awesome video but most of the time you talked about batsman. Give some thought to a bowler also. :) I think fast bowling is the most difficult thing when it comes to fitness in Cricket. Please post a video specifically for fast bowlers.
