Howard Jones is just a powerhouse of a singer, he was part of Killswitch Engage from 2002-2012. The End of Heartache is another great song worth checking out.

Essential Killswitch for beginners. My last serenade, The End of Heartache, This is absolution, the Rose of Sharyn, Always, The signal fire. This should give you a start
Rose of Sharyn is my favorite by Killswitch Engage! Howard Jones was the lead singer there, but he left the band on good terms and they have their original lead singer Jesse back now...Howard is in another band now called Sion(The Blade is their single out) and Killswitch just had him work on producing for them as well, and they just released a song with Howard on vocals with Jesse called The Signal Fire
I remember seeing them live at warped tour 07-08 but I wasn’t a fan back then so I don’t remember Howard’s voice very well 😪 but now looking at all these videos he sounds amazing live
I think you would like Alice in Chains if you don't already. Best song is Would?, but all their songs are good. Black Gives Way to Blue is a good album.
This appears to be a 2007 show where Adam D (original drummer and current lead guitar and backup vocals) had to take a few weeks off to recover from back surgery. He's a 6ft 4 monster you cant miss on stage
He claimed it to be his favorite metal song before he was finished with it?! That's fuckin rad! I'm sure we'll see more KSE on this channel soon. I'm stoked for it.
Rose of Sharyn The End of Heartache In Due Time My Last Serenade Holy Diver This is Absolution When Darkness Falls The Element of One Eye of the Storm Such a good band. Amazing, as you said.
Absolutely End of Heartache and Holy Diver. Ive watched every one of your Harry Mack reactions along with a ton of other ones. I love 90s hiphop and agreed with all your reactions and opinions. I have seen Killswitch live 4 or 5 times from 2005-2009 and they were amazing every time. Looking forward to more!
End of Heartache is my favorite with Howard. There’s an awesome live version on here with the crowd singing along beautifully. If you want to see him and their original and current lead singer together, check out their recent video for the song “The Signal Fire”
Sup man! I'm from Brazil and a big fan of KSE. Their work is incredible, in all three phases! I recommend hearing everything from the guys! And thank you very much for react!

you gotta check out a signal fire from killswitch engage. it has both the singers it always had. I remember when they played pool halls when I was a kid in 2001 lol.
Howard Jones is a BEAST. He is the reason I first started listening to Killswitch, and I was absolutely gutted when he left. Thank God he's back on the music scene! "Arms of Sorrow" is probably my favorite by them. 🖤 I love the videos! Keep up the awesome content! 🤘🇺🇸

Howards in his 50's and he can still scream and wail like a god damn god. My favorite metal singer right beside mudvaynes singer till he went back to hell yeah.
KSE is one of my favorite bands of all time 🖤🖤 This singer is Howard Jones. Jesse Leach is the original and the current singer. I’m partial to Howard, but Jesse is great too. You should check out Signal Fire it features both of them. Also, End Of Heartache; When Darkness Falls; This Fire Burns, and on and on 🖤 Also, Howard Jones just released a track from Sion his project with Jared Dines called The Blade. It’s also 🔥
The songs with the same types of elements of beautiful singing and screaming are as follows: When darkness falls My last serenade Fixation on the darkness Numbered days The element of one Rose of sharyn The end of heartache Take this oath
my last serenade is probably my favorite song by them, though it was from a different time in the bands life with a different singer i actually like Howard Jones better as the singer i dont even remember why he left
He left cause he was struggling to maintain his Type 2 Diabetes with the hectic touring schedule and in 2009 had a lot of anxiety and depression issues and tried to commit suicide but the cops stopped him cause they got a call from a concerned neighbor and the song The Signal Fire is co-written with Jesse to that moment in his life as was I Am Broken Too. KSE can change your life!
I remember the same week I first listened to My Curse my Killswitch Engage and the Kezia album by Protest the Hero and instantly fell in love with the melodic postharcore genre.
The end of heartache, the signal fire, rose of sharyn, great songs and my personal favorites from Killswitch Engage. If and when you listen to the signal fire, make sure you watch the official music video. Howard; the vocalist in this video; left the band and the vocalist before Howard; Jesse; rejoined the band. The Signal Fire. It features both Jesse and Howard, and hits you right in the feels if you're a KSE fan, and are aware of the bands history. Also check out The End of Heartache.

Hard to hear everything because it's live but this song is amazing. One of my favorite bands. But in this performance, one of the guitarist hurt his back so there is a stand-in guy in stage taking his place. The actual guitarists sings along side Howard Jones (the vocalist) and its amazing. However, Howard left the band and is now singer for Light the Torch.

Can’t go wrong with much. Favorite band that put out amazing music during Jessie’s era and Howard’s. Rose the ranks with Jesse as their lead singer, then Howard became their lead singer, decided to hang it up.. no drama or anything, then Jesse came back. In no particular order, favs are Fixation on the Darkness, my last serenade, when darkness falls, absolution, arms of sorrow, Holy Diver cover, element of one, end of heartache, rose of sharyn... missing a bunch but that’s a decent start.
There’s a video out there from a live show. If I remember correctly the song was When Darkness Falls. As soon as Howard starts screaming it literally sounded like a lion was roaring.
