@@TheGreekConquer For me, there were lots of linear equations. Also they asked many questions which you would have to use simple interest and compound interest. I also had to graph a lot of functions.. had to pick which one is quadratic. Overall a lot of linear equations that I put in y=mx+b form and would have to graph. There were around 45 questions as well.
31:52 The answer to this part of question 12 is: As x increases, the quantities for FUNCTION B will eventually exceed the quantities for FUNCTION A The reason for this is that an Exponential Function (FUNCTION B) will eventually (Always!!) exceed a Linear Function (FUNCTION A). I hope this helps 🙂

Hazel, the paper based and the computer based tests are very similar. The math behind both tests is the same, what changes is the format. Betsy, cheer up and concentrate on the ones that you think you understand. Remember that you don’t need to know everything in order to pass the EOC. If you can answer a few questions on the exam and guesstimate on the other questions, you have a good chance of passing. Trust yourself with whatever math you have and don’t panic, keep the cool. Another one that is good is PowerPoint, if you are using a PPT presentation you can use their annotation tools, it's very good as well. By the way, Pursue Power = Who? 😎
35:32 Why round it to 10211 and not just keep it to 10210? Shouldn't it just stay the same because you can't round upwards due to .224 not being a high enough number to round to 10211?
You are right when rounding. 👍 The only issue here is that we are talking about people, so you’ll have .224 people left. Can we have a piece of a person? Not really, that’s why I rounded up. And most word or real life problems will be like this. But the EOC, the test itself will take the 10210 or the 10211 as possible answers. I’m saying this because I checked the answer key for this review and it said that both answers would be acceptable. Excellent question computer! Keep up the good work and good luck when taking the test 🍀 Don’t forget to review the previous 2 exams that I have in the channel. They are a great resource for the B.E.S.T. Algebra 1 test as well.
