I’ve been vaping for almost 10 years. I quit in 2019 and I was holding strong for almost a year. During Covid I went to cigarettes and realized I needed to stop so I went back to vaping. It’s been 4 years and I’m still on it. I have made up my mind that as of now I will quit. This video has inspired me to do so.

Cigarettes and alcohol addiction actually destroyed my life. I could remember several years ago after divorce with my wife which brought me into my disastrous journey on Alcohol and cigarettes. I suffered severe depression and mental disorder. Got diagnosed with cptsd. Not until a friend recommended me to psilocybin mushrooms treatment. Psilocybin treatment saved my life honestly. 8 years totally clean. Much respect to mother nature the great magic shrooms.
Amen God bless people. Save your health save your mind. Life is better without heroin, cocaine, alcohol and cigarettes. And you have more money in your pocket. i quit almost a week ago and im taking this as a sign. i want to write something on you too (im a journalist, im extremely inspired by your physical actions in putting yourself in harms way of these people). this whole experience with withdrawals, addiction, i did not realize i had a nicotine addiction at all (which is really a vape addiction, because its really, A NEW DRUG)- until i was literally not able to get it. headaches, anxiety, stomach pains. after a week of complete clarity- my brain felt like it used to. i had no idea that anything was different AT ALL- when i was on vape. that s*** is a drug.
this caused me to through every *empty* vape i had out. nasty nasty world. if you smoke vapes, i know it feels like you wont stop. i smoked this since my senior year of high school. i am 23 now. and JUST quit. my brain feels sooo different, and like a person i did not even know i forgot.
i know it sounds so dramatic because "its just a vape" but its really really not. its a new drug.
But it's not a new drug, I made the switch from vapes to cigarettes back to vapes within like a 2 week period.

The point is that they're selling to people they *aren't sure are over 21* because they didn't check for IDs as law requires. I worked for a convenience store. You have to check anyone who looks under 30. That's the requirement. I once checked a guy who was 37 but looked younger than 30. He was mad but idgaf I have to follow the law and he looked under 30

As someone who had people around me vaping all the time at school and always being offered saying no the pure pressure really sucked and i finally caved when my ex was wanting me to do it too. I was vaping for about 2-3 years i’ve finally quit and just in the first month of quitting so much has changed. It’s been about 4 months now and i feel like myself again. Please don’t ever let the people around you influence that’s type of decision your health should be more important and if the people around you can’t respect your feelings about it then those might not be the people you should be hanging around. Anyone can quit! i believe in you, your body and mind will thank you.

It’s absolute hell

i stopped vaping this summer but watching you buy those vapes was actually tempting asf . is def a never ending battle, its been about 4 months now and i still wake up some days and want to buy a new one but the chronic pain & fatigue i experienced during active addiction plus the agony of getting thru withdrawal is something i never want to go thru again . to everyone struggling , its never easy but its worth it .

Been vaping since I was 16 years old, and I just recently turned 21. The road to stopping is a hard one, and you will have those days where you break. But you have to remember that progress and sobriety are not linear and aren’t always perfect 🖤 Take it a day at a time, one breath at a time. I have been clean for a few days now and I still get urges (curbing the craving with mint gum/drinking something works), but I promise you in these few days I have felt the best I ever have.
