    This device has been a game changer for me. I spent years trying every treatment imaginable, but until the Apollo I didn't think I'd ever get better. I'm so happy I found it

      That is a very odd response from someone peddling their overpriced first gen product.

    I have been wearing an Apollo for sleep for a month. It works, but there are features that are aggravating. The maximum time setting is 120 minutes, which is absurd, as most people want to sleep 8-9 hours. No instructions about this feature in the manual. When I asked Apollo to explain this feature, I got a response that was pure gibberish, a non-explanation. Through trial and error, I discovered I could program the Apollo throughout the night on one battery charge, but why should a user in the middle of the night have to reset the Apollo? Makes absolutely no sense. And recently I have been having trouble plugging the charger into the Apollo, something that is automatic with my iPhone. Its like Apollo wants to steal the serenity it is selling!

    • @HealthHackers
      @HealthHackers  4 года назад +2

      I did notice the two hour max. I assumed with sleep mode that it was to help someone to drop off to sleep rather than vibrate all night. Although I did often restart it when I woke up in the nighttime. Maybe Apollo will take onboard your suggestion and include an all-night option in one of their updates!?🤞

    • @0funnyguy0
      @0funnyguy0 4 года назад +4

      @@HealthHackers A better-designed Apollo would offer options, such as two hours or all night. This is not rocket science.

    This is not a comment on the device performance, but on the company's practices. I bought the device and was sent an itemized receipt by email when I ordered it, so expected to be charged, and to pay, that amount. To my surprise, I was charged the equivalent of VAT when it was delivered, which was another 12%, plus an advancement fee from FedEx. When I emailed the company that I was not informed by them of this fee and asked that they pay it, they refused even though they admitted that they had 'recently' updated their website to inform consumers that they might need to pay more taxes. My view is that since they did not have this information on their website when I bought the device, they should pay it. They refuse to do so. I will be making a complaint to the BBB and will be selling the device without having used it, as I'm that disgusted by their stance. Buyer beware.

      Thanks for your comment! I was not paid to make this video. If I was, I would state that clearly. I independently review health and wellness products. Sometimes, I get given a discount for my viewers and I receive an amount at no extra cost to the viewer when a purchase is made. I have a page about this on the website. Here’s how it works:

      @@HealthHackers customer service is very good. The device starts having Bluetooth issues connecting after a month of use. It is irritating till you learn how to deal with it. First, if it doesn't connect, turn off Bluetooth and then go back to the app. It will ask to turn blue tooth on, let it, it gets first in line and you are connected. If that doesn't work, reboot phone, always works
