The Survival Initiative is a Minecraft survival series where I attempt to push Minecraft to its limits by building massive mega builds, farms, and Redstone machines. I love the idea that the world was ending and villagers decided the deep dark NEEDED to be preserved in the End
It was originally a deepslate biome and the deep dark infected it
It’s an idea from game theory. There’s a whole series about Minecraft lore and that’s basically the conclusion drawn fro the existence of the end.
I think it was a joke cause he doesn’t like the deep dark. Was pretty funny cause I agree

First time I stumbled into the channel and I gotta say I'm really impressed. Amazing build, great commentary and editing style. Most of all, unlike a lot of channels your video isn't 90% complaining/flexing about how long each part of the build took. Well deserved sub mate ;)

As someone who has spent the past 5 years building a city in survival with end game gear, farm, and storage tech this build would have been an enormous creative thought effort primarily but the build alone, if building off schematics, would have taken weeks and weeks of long gaming sessions to complete. Looks amazing. Will use your buildings as inspiration in my city.

This is the best End Island Transformation I've seen. You respected the Base Design without destroying the Pillars or Bedrock, and added to it instead. Cyberpunk feels all around.

The build looks amazing! Not too futuristic, and not too over the top. You decorated the insides of the buildings and even added trees to the top to show that they're trying to bring life to a wasteland, basically.

You know, something really cool about Minecraft mining montages is that, when there's a ton of blocks on the ground, it almost looks like dust, dirt and debris, etc. Great video bro!!

love the content! i suggest you put some villagers in there to make it feel more realistic with farmers at the farm and making you make some shops for the Libarian, Armorer, etc etc.
This build is perfect! heres a little suggestion: a park walk road that goes through the biome ring, some stuff rail transit or monorails in the two ditches, and some road/flying car traffic.
This guy is awesome. Just from the projects, I know it takes him so long to build, AND edit, and that amount of dedication is insane

That’s amazing. I’m not a big city person at all (mostly because I think I’d get too overwhelmed, I think big cities are awesome) but I think I’d love living in a place like that.

On the big building in the center you could make a giant custom tree with purple and pink gradiant blocks so that it spics up the city even more. Love ya and nice builds !

Holy shit, Best End transformation I've seen yet. No overly complicating something. No messing around with 100+hours of mining out unnecessary things like the center of the island or the obsidian pillars. Just focusing on things that have a good reward vs effort ratio. Love it, keep it up.
The only thing that is holding me back to transform my own end island is the ability to respawn the dragon. Did you think about that? Is there a way you could spawn trap the dragon? Since you did not destroy the obsidian pillars, it might be possible to add such a feature without changing the build too much.
P.S. How long did it take you to do this build?
I think since he already has all of the end gateways and a good xp farm, he doesn’t really need to kill the dragon again. Jus a guess though!😅
@@FiniteMC Yeah fair, I have been looking into it since, tbh there is no point in killing the dragon after you have the gateways, I do wonder about the dragons' breath at this point, but that's something I've never used in bulk and tipped arrows can be obtained via trading so the only thing that would be impossible to get without risking the island is lingering potions

This is a great build and looks amazing, but I feel like the ark was kind of incomplete, like there were so many passive mobs you didn’t include, like bees and the different types of fish, at least make one floor an aquarium for more than one kind of fish.

It would have been kinda cool if you made some aerodromes for some ships of the habitants of the city, like the ones that they used to arrive the end and stuff i think it would have been a pretty cool detail :)
